From the moment I booked through to the end of my visit, the service was seamless and welcoming. I was lucky enough to have the space to myself during my one-hour session, which made the experience feel even more special and private. The facilities were excellent. The ice plunge was spotless and set at a perfect 8 degrees — refreshing without being overwhelming. The sauna is a traditional one (not infrared), which I really appreciated, and it was spacious with a great, consistent temperature. The dopamine shower was a bit kitschy, but in a fun way — it added something different to the experience. I also loved the thoughtful setup of the space, including a small area to relax with tea and coconut water, all provided. The magnesium bath was the highlight for me — deeply relaxing and the perfect way to unwind. Overall, this is a beautifully put-together spa experience with great attention to detail. I would absolutely recommend it.

There should be an ‘Outstanding’ rating with 6 stars as that is what I would rate Solace Spa at Ob City in Scarbs. It was my first visit today & it certainly won’t be the last! Extremely brilliant service from the staff and the spa is heavenly. They keep groups small & intimate & the treats & after spa products are wonderful. I can’t think of a single thing they could improve on. Such a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere. Everything was perfect! Highly recommend!

Solace day spa was incredible! We did the Solace mini retreat which included a 1 hour bath house session, 30 min massage and 30 min facial. Ask for Kara for spa services (especially massage!) she was AMAZING and so friendly and kind. The bathhouse is very nice - we had a relaxing and fun time trying the different amenities. Would recommend booking all slots, we happened to be the only people there and the privacy was nice. Everything was very chic, clean and the staff very friendly. Can’t recommend enough!!

From the moment I entered the spa and was greeted with a beautiful smile, to the end of the experience 90 minutes later, I felt relaxed, cared for and truly refreshed. Marine has a wonderful gentle energy and was attentive and caring throughout the whole experience. It was an absolutely wonderful experience. Will definitely be back!! Thankyou, ladies

Solace Day Spa is a beautiful venue, calming, welcoming and thoughtfully designed. The staff are wonderful and genuinely caring, making you feel completely at ease from the moment you arrive. The facilities are outstanding. The sauna was excellent, the magnesium bath deeply relaxing and even the cold plunge was invigorating and well worth it. I also loved the dopamine shower, incredibly effective and uplifting. My massage therapist, Georgia was absolutely lovely, with a warm and caring nature and an excellent therapeutic touch that left me feeling both relaxed and renewed. Highly recommend this incredible wellness experience.
