I started going to Dr.stretch since May 2025, and I've followed Trainer Ismail from the Suntec City outlet to the Novena Square outlet. Over the past year, I've noticed visible improvements in both the flexibility and strength of my muscles, as well as in my gait and my posture. It has been a very worthwhile investment in my overall long-term physical health.

Have been engaging Dr Stretch for a few sessions and it has been a great experience. Hope that it will help me be more flexible over time and improve my sports performance.

Long due to post in april 🤣. Had a quick session recommended by my friend Roy. He recommend trainer Ismail for my ankle issue. I know it is not 1 off session. But that 1 session really makes a lots of difference. He is not a senior trainer but his knowledge is quite extensive. He even advise me to continue my journey with hong kong branch Dr stretch. Hopefully to see him when I come back for next attachment in singapore again.

Client Testimonial ( Regular older Golfer/sport ) I went to Dr Stretch expecting a stretch and got an education instead. Active stretching, it turns out, is less about touching your toes and more about discovering why you couldn’t in the first place. The real advantage? Trainers who move like athletes, not just instruct like them. Yuri (Great World) was technically sharp and highly attentive to day-to-day changes. Fathin (Dunearn Village & Velocity ), a footballer, brings a practical understanding of movement that you can actually relate to. Shay (Dunearn), a volleyball player, is equally effective—precise, aware, and quietly demanding. For a golfer/elder active person , this sits somewhere between physiotherapy and common sense—delivered with just enough discomfort to remind you it’s working. Call it Pilates with intent. Yoga without the philosophy. And far more personal than both. If you play sport, you’ll understand the difference almost immediately.

I have had good experiences at Novena Dr Stretch. The place is clean, and the staff are friendly as well. The location is also very convenient and easy to access by public transport.
