After 4 weeks of Pilates (I’ve been doing 2 classes each week - feel good stretch and foundations Pilates classes) I have noticed a big difference in that my stiff aching joints have gone! What a relief. The stretch class has increased my flexibility and loosened my tight muscles so I am moving much more easily and more flexible. I highly recommend Pilates. The instructors are great and correct you constantly if you are doing an exercise wrong. Kristin’s classes are tough but that’s good - it’s helped me so much.

How these ratings work
These bars are a guide, not a score of this business. Each starts from Oria Haven’s profile of Massage as a kind of session, then is adjusted by facts stored on this listing: its price band, its group size and whether it welcomes beginners.
Nobody has rated this particular venue in person, and reviews are not fed in. Where we have no fact about this listing behind a bar — for example how many people share the room — we leave that bar out rather than guess.
They describe the room — how quiet, how physical, how many people — never what a session is supposed to do for you.

Very welcoming place , friendly & supportive staff & instructors. I did a private session to start off as I had some limitations ( recent eye surgery) . Adaptions were made for me & staff always checking in with me . Feels like a great community here .
I’ve had six classes and one private session so far, and I’m really enjoying it. From the warm welcome by the owner, Michael, and the reception team, to the wonderful instructors, Klinik has a genuinely friendly and welcoming vibe; it really feels like a supportive community. I’m currently 20 weeks pregnant, and all of the instructors have been fantastic in offering advice and tailored modifications. As this is my first pregnancy, that extra care and reassurance has meant a lot. A great team and a great environment; I’d definitely recommend it.

IllustrationA short, firm foam roller in moulded polypropylene. Small enough to keep beside the mat or take to class.
Everyday useGoes well with Sleep & Recovery · Fitness & Movement
Why we picked it
A roller does not need to be clever. It needs to be firm enough to hold its shape and short enough that you actually use it. This is the plain, inexpensive one, and the 30cm length is the right size for calves, thighs and the upper back without taking over the room.

A two-inch textured rubber ball from TriggerPoint, sized to work underfoot.
Goes well with Massage & Bodywork · Sleep & Recovery · Fitness & Movement
Why we picked it
Two inches is the size that fits the arch of a foot, which is what separates it from a plain lacrosse ball. The texture grips the floor instead of skidding away. The cheapest way into self-massage tools and the one most likely to get used.

A yoga mat printed with alignment lines for placing hands and feet.
Goes well with Yoga
Why we picked it
The lines are the whole point. They give you something to check against when you cannot see your own posture and there is no teacher watching, which makes this a mat for practising alone at home rather than in a studio.
