I hadn't been to Movement Solutions but knew Marion from quite a long time ago at her earlier location. It was great catching up and the work she did on my neck has improved about 100%. The establishment looked awesome, the staff were really cool and laid back and the vibe made me feel relaxed and welcome.

Have been to many Physios in the Southwest and have now been a very satisfied client of Movement Solutions for a few years now. The care and attention that is given during appointments really comes from the heart….love the treatments and clear explanations that are given to help restore and strengthen to help prevent further injury. The reformer classes are brilliant - I don’t know how they remember all the different exercises and the nuances of each movement but I certainly feel it the next day!😅 I find these targeted classes better than going to a reformer gym and the bonus is, you can claim it on your private health cover. Thanks for all you do Izzie, Jess, Molly, Marion, & Mandy - your passion for what you do really makes this practice unique 🙏🙏🙏
I’ve frequently attended Movement Solutions for a variety of chronic conditions. The therapists are next level amazing! Working with physio Isobel meant I could cancel planned surgery on my spine. I attended initially with debilitating pain, now so am completely pain free! Her expertise, professionalism, beautiful nature and ability to transform people’s lives for the better is real! Physio Marion is also exceptional and her knowledge is mind blowing! The team are just phenomenally good at what they do…So glad to know they are here! Thank you!

IllustrationA short, firm foam roller in moulded polypropylene. Small enough to keep beside the mat or take to class.
Everyday useGoes well with Sleep & Recovery · Fitness & Movement
Why we picked it
A roller does not need to be clever. It needs to be firm enough to hold its shape and short enough that you actually use it. This is the plain, inexpensive one, and the 30cm length is the right size for calves, thighs and the upper back without taking over the room.

A two-inch textured rubber ball from TriggerPoint, sized to work underfoot.
Goes well with Massage & Bodywork · Sleep & Recovery · Fitness & Movement
Why we picked it
Two inches is the size that fits the arch of a foot, which is what separates it from a plain lacrosse ball. The texture grips the floor instead of skidding away. The cheapest way into self-massage tools and the one most likely to get used.

A yoga mat printed with alignment lines for placing hands and feet.
Goes well with Yoga
Why we picked it
The lines are the whole point. They give you something to check against when you cannot see your own posture and there is no teacher watching, which makes this a mat for practising alone at home rather than in a studio.
