Love the welcoming, relaxed vibe. Professional, knowledgeable, and friendly instructors. There are a good range of classes each week, depending if you're wanting a bit more movement or to take it slow. Either way, you come out of class feeling great! Have been going here for a few years now, what a great local studio to have round the corner.
Just had the best practice with Nick! Beautiful and zen space. Easy and free parking. I love both the vic park and Mossman park studios!
I’ve been going to Yab Yum Mosman Park for a month and initially purchased the 30 Days Intro Offer. The classes are great, the instructors are knowledgeable and welcoming. I’m currently pregnant and they always offer variations for me. I really enjoy this friendly, inviting space, so I’ve purchased the direct debit so I can keep going.
I loved the yin classes. The slow stretches help me unwind and go deeper. Adding the oils was a new experience, it made the meditation feel more intense than usual.
Nice to know that moving from Vic Park studio to Mosman Park I was able to stay within the same Yab Yum Yoga community. Always a lovely inviting and safe space. All levels of experience and body shapes/sizes accepted.
