Online holistic & Natural Therapies in Perth — listings
Michael Blanch has practised naturopathy for more than thirty-five years from the Napoleon Close Arcade, combining herbal medicine, homeopathy, nutrition and iridology in long-form consultations. Natural fertility support is a focus of the practice, and appointments run in clinic, online or by phone Australia-wide.
Elle-Lou Diddams consults from Leederville on Mondays and Thursdays and online the rest of the week, with a health science degree in naturopathy and ANTA registration. One of the few in this category to publish a full fee schedule: a free discovery call, $250 for the 75-minute initial, $130–$165 for follow-ups and $100 for a short acute appointment.
A ten-practitioner integrative clinic under clinical director Angela Hywood, combining naturopathy, acupuncture and Chinese medicine, functional medicine and clinical nutrition in one practice — with advanced testing from hormone panels to gut microbiome behind the consultations. Initial appointments run a full hour, with telehealth across WA and nationally.
Ruth Balsiger coaches from an Ayurvedic starting point, working through food, routine and the seasons rather than a fixed plan. Sessions cover gut health, hormonal balance, mindful eating and nervous-system support, and clients get messaging access between appointments. Mostly online with some in-person work around Perth. She also publishes a podcast and a recipe book, and the site carries a dosha quiz as a way in.
Flavia Giardino practises clinical nutrition from Padbury with a Bachelor of Health Sciences in Nutrition and Dietetic Medicine — education-first nutritional therapy across gut health, women's health, plant-based and family nutrition, built on personalised plans rather than handed-down meal sheets. A free discovery call starts things off.
Jarrod Cooper's city-centre naturopathy practice on St Georges Terrace, working across herbal medicine, homeopathy, nutrient therapy and diet and lifestyle consultation, with functional testing available where it's useful. Face-to-face or by phone and video, with a free ten-minute phone chat to see if it's the right fit.
A Chinese medicine clinic in the Equus Arcade off Hay Street, open six days by appointment: acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, meridian massage, cupping and channel scrubbing, with telehealth for herbal consults. No GP referral needed and health-fund rebates apply.
Kimberley Zhang's Leeming clinic, running since 2012 with an unusual house rule: every practitioner must have at least ten years' clinical experience beyond their degree and registration. Acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, tui-na meridian massage, cupping and combination acupuncture-remedial sessions, with telehealth consults and HICAPS rebates.
Manon Bocquet founded this Scarborough practice after ten years in clinic, now joined by Victoria de Robillard — both degree-qualified from Endeavour College as naturopaths, herbalists and clinical nutritionists, and both ANTA members. Consultations run face to face or online Australia-wide, and between them they consult in English, French and German.

How holistic & natural therapies is taught in Perth
The thing worth knowing before you book anything in this category is who registers whom.
Chinese medicine practitioners and acupuncturists are registered with AHPRA, the same national scheme that covers doctors and physiotherapists, and you can look up any of them by name. Naturopaths, herbalists, homeopaths and Ayurvedic practitioners are not — the field is self-regulated through professional associations such as ANTA and the NHAA, so association membership and the practitioner’s actual qualifications are what there is to check. Since 2019, private health funds have been barred from paying rebates on a list of natural therapies that includes naturopathy and homeopathy, so assume you’re paying in full unless told otherwise.
A first consultation in this category runs long — 60 to 90 minutes is normal — and is mostly questions: history, diet, sleep, what you’ve already tried. Follow-ups are shorter. Practitioners who dispense herbs or supplements usually charge for them separately, and it’s fair to ask what a month costs before you agree to anything.
