I had a wonderful experience with the lovely Issy . I was trying to book online when she called me and asked if I was having trouble booking . I ended up there and had the red light therapy which she made a great experience from start to finish. Lovely staff indeed! I will return for sure because of this experience.
Such a great experience. The team made me feel completely at ease and explained everything clearly before my hyperbaric oxygen therapy session. The space is beautiful, calm and very professional. I left feeling relaxed and refreshed and already planning my return to try their Theta Pod. Highly recommend this clinic if health optimisation is something you are interested in.
The ladies at Element were kind, welcoming and lovely. I tried their local cryotherapy as closer to my home than my current provider south of the river. Suffering from chronic pain in my joints and nerve compression I’m always looking for effective relief. Unfortunately their local cryo machine was not very cold (only -40 degrees apparently) and did not give any pain relief at all. It certainly did not feel like -40. More like 10 degrees. An ice pack would have been colder than their machine. So unfortunately I cannot recommend Element for their local cryotherapy.
The friendly and lovely staff at the Element centre have made my sessions for theta chamber great. They informed me well about possible options on the machine at the beginning. They also check I am feeling comfortable throughout the whole appointment.
Element Health Centres have state of the art medically approved therapy equipment. All staff are professional, knowledgeable and are happy to help if clients have any concerns. eg., Claustrophobia, staff stay with you until you feel comfortable.
