I’ve been seeing Mark Maddison for physiotherapy and Geish Hori for remedial massage, and I genuinely wish everyone in Perth knew about these two incredible practitioners. They are exceptionally knowledgeable, experienced, and passionate about what they do. Every session is thoughtfully tailored to my individual needs, and it’s clear they truly care about achieving the best possible outcomes for their patients. Mark is incredibly thorough and always takes the time to explain everything in detail, which has given me a much better understanding of my condition and recovery. Geish has an amazing intuitive approach and remarkable skill as a remedial massage therapist, consistently identifying and treating areas that need attention. Since working with both Mark and Geish, my condition has improved significantly, and I am truly grateful for their expertise, dedication, and genuine care. If you’re looking for exceptional physiotherapy and remedial massage in Perth, I highly recommend Peak Performance Institute and this outstanding team.

How these ratings work
These bars are a guide, not a score of this business. Each starts from Oria Haven’s profile of Pilates as a kind of session, then is adjusted by facts stored on this listing: its price band, its group size and whether it welcomes beginners.
Nobody has rated this particular venue in person, and reviews are not fed in. Where we have no fact about this listing behind a bar — for example how many people share the room — we leave that bar out rather than guess.
They describe the room — how quiet, how physical, how many people — never what a session is supposed to do for you.

The team are incredibly welcoming and the facilities are fantastic. My partner and I have been seeing Teresa for chiropractic sessions, and she is amazing. She takes the time to really get to know us, which makes such a difference in how she tailors each session. We always appreciate the care, time, and effort she puts into helping us feel our best.
It was my first visit to the Peak Performance Institute. I booked in for a Medical Pedicure. Aaron was fantastic and I was so happy with the results. Highly recommended. Hasta la vista, baby 🤔🐝🔙

IllustrationA mulberry silk sleep mask with a contoured shape that keeps the fabric off the eyelids, and an adjustable strap.
Makes a giftGoes well with Sleep & Recovery
Why we picked it
The simplest change to an evening is making it dark. Silk sits lightly, does not pull at the skin, and this one is shaped so the eyes are not pressed. It is also the mask sound bath and yoga nidra hosts hand out, which is a fair recommendation on its own.
IllustrationA short, firm foam roller in moulded polypropylene. Small enough to keep beside the mat or take to class.
Everyday useGoes well with Sleep & Recovery · Fitness & Movement
Why we picked it
A roller does not need to be clever. It needs to be firm enough to hold its shape and short enough that you actually use it. This is the plain, inexpensive one, and the 30cm length is the right size for calves, thighs and the upper back without taking over the room.
