Mindbody Lounge — Biohacking & Human Optimisation in Victoria Park
4.5 (31 · Google)
RecoverRecharge

A recovery lounge on Albany Highway with an unusually long equipment list — infrared sauna, whole-body cryotherapy, red light, PEMF, compression boots and lymphatic drainage, hydrogen inhalation and exercise-with-oxygen, plus EMS training. Sessions are sold singly or in credit packs, and the pack rate brings the per-session cost down to about $33. Worth deciding what you actually want before booking; the menu is long enough to be confusing.

My Recovery Club — Biohacking & Human Optimisation in Harrisdale
5.0 (57 · Google)
RecoverRecharge

A Harrisdale recovery room with ice baths, a traditional sauna, compression boots, red light and massage guns, plus body composition scanning for anyone tracking the numbers. Stretching classes run alongside.

Peak Performance Institute — Fitness & Movement in West Leederville
4.9 (137 · Google)
RechargeRecover

A West Leederville training and recovery room where the cold plunge and infrared sauna sit alongside the gym floor rather than in a separate wellness space. Compression boots, red light and shock wave therapy are on the same menu as pilates and yoga classes, which makes it more of an athlete's setup than a spa. Open from 6.30am on weekdays and Saturday mornings, closed Sundays.

How Oria chooses these spa & recovery places

8 of the 96 spa & recovery listings in the directory match this view. The count is live, and the order puts specialists first — paid placement never moves anyone up it.

As of October 2026, 8 of the 96 Spa & Recovery listings on Oria Haven are in this view (Perth) — counted live from the directory.

3 places here publish a starting price, from $33 to $115. The median is $70.

Every listing is hand-checked by Oria Haven. Figures updated 8 October 2026.

Most relevant means practices that specialise in this first, then the ones with the most reviews to go on. A listing that publishes its price, describes itself and names its services gets a small nudge, never more than a quarter of a star, because you can decide on it without ringing. Paid placements are shown once, in their own band, and never move anyone up the list.

The guide

Before you go: spa & recovery in Perth

Recovery rooms sell time rather than treatments, and the price on the board is usually for the slot, not the thing you do in it.

The sessions differ more than the marketing suggests. A sauna is a long warm sit you can talk through; an ice bath is two or three minutes and you will not want to talk. Contrast therapy alternates the two and takes about an hour with the changing. Float tanks are an hour on your own in dark salt water, which some people find restful and others find far too quiet. Infrared saunas run cooler than traditional ones and feel less punishing, and sound baths belong here too — you lie down, someone plays bowls and gongs, and nothing is required of you.

On practicalities: most studios sell memberships that only make sense if you go weekly, and casual rates are the honest way to find out whether you will. Bring or hire a towel, allow twenty minutes on top of the session for changing and showering, and book contrast in the middle of the day if you would rather not drive home cold.

Related: infrared sauna, ice baths, contrast therapy, float therapy, sound healing, and red light therapy.

WA’s first floating sauna, on Pemberton Pool

Reel by Australia’s South West @australias_southwest · South West, Western Australia

Reel by Australia’s South West, the regional tourism account, posted 12 August 2026 with @floatingsauna_pembertonpool.

It captures the setting and the whole hot–cold ritual — including the dive that deserves a word of caution.

Compression therapy in Perth — common questions

How many practices offer compression therapy in Perth?

Oria Haven lists 8 practices across 8 suburbs in the Perth metro. Every entry is checked by hand before it goes live, and the list is updated as practices open, move or close.

What does it cost to book compression therapy in Perth?

Of the 3 practices here that publish a starting price, sessions begin from $33, with a typical starting price around $70. Prices come from the practices themselves and change without notice — confirm before you book.

How does Oria Haven choose which practices to list?

We build the directory ourselves rather than taking paid submissions, so a practice appears because it exists and serves Perth — not because it paid. Practices can claim their listing for nothing and keep it accurate, photos included. Paid plans add booking links, offers and visitor stats. We never take a cut of bookings, and enquiries go straight to the practice.
