Best recovery center in town, nothing like a nice and revitalising session after shift work, an intense workout, a long day at work or even a long trip. The facilities are well maintained, cleaned constantly and the staff are friendly and respectful. I highly recommend this place.
Such a great space! We had our team building here & the Rec Lab team were very welcoming. Simona helped me create the perfect morning for them. They all had such a great time thankyou.
Fantastic facilities and incredibly helpful staff. I love having the ice bath, sauna, steam room, magnesium pool, and hot pool all in the one location. The cleanliness is excellent, and the change room facilities are well maintained and spacious. A great experience for my first visit
I love this place! From the cute fresh entrance with white picket fence, and going into the sparkling open facilities. It’s fresh and airy, and the facilities are immaculate and welcoming. I am using the magnesium hot pool atm for my sore back, and the difference I feel when I leave is huge. I cannot recommend Reclab highly enough, and I’m so happy to have found this wonderful place.
