My Recovery Club is a hidden gem in Harrisdale, it is clean, inviting and such a beautiful small space to prioritise recovery in. All staff that I have encountered have been helpful and welcoming, as well as the members. The price point is fantastic and I am so glad that I have found this place. It would be perfect if there was an additional ice bath but I understand there isn’t enough space.
So glad to have found My Recovery Club. The staff are welcoming and provide a clean and well looked after place. I am now enjoying regular recovery’s sessions using the equipment available and love the overall experience of the ice baths and the sauna! This place is awesome 🤩

The centre is amazing! Lily explained all the facilities brilliantly and made us feel right at home. Will definitely be coming back!
