Love this place. Staff are so friendly and informative. The place is clean and so relaxing. The outdoor area is so peaceful, I could have spent hours out the back reading. Absolutely love love love this place
Went to the sauna/cold plunge with my friend on Saturday and it was a feeling we will never forget! Such a welcoming staff and cute sauna room. They also give you a time to keep track of your like in the sauna/ice bath.
First time in the float tank was an excellent experience. Very helpful tips on how to "get in the zone" Knowledgeable staff. Awesome retreat area out the back. I have since purchased some gift cards for friends because I highly recommend giving it a go.
Had my first ever float at this place 2 weeks ago and it was life-changing. Daniel made me feel extremely comfortable and went through everything with me beforehand which allowed me to enter my float already feeling beyond relaxed and have an amazing experience! The zen garden out the back is an added bonus and a great place to relax even more after your float! Top center with top service - 5 stars all round!
First float recently - incredible experience for my mind and body. Staff were excellent at preparing me for the experience and the utilities as well as the overall vibe and facilities to the establishment could definitely be described as immaculate. Great prices and offers available as well. Would highly recommend.
