A quick feel for the room, based on how Infrared sauna sessions usually run.
These bars are a guide, not a score of this business. Each starts from Oria Haven’s profile of Infrared sauna as a kind of session, then is adjusted by facts stored on this listing: its price band, its group size and whether it welcomes beginners.
Nobody has rated this particular venue in person, and reviews are not fed in. Where we have no fact about this listing behind a bar — for example how many people share the room — we leave that bar out rather than guess.
They describe the room — how quiet, how physical, how many people — never what a session is supposed to do for you.

10 stars. Unreal value for game changing self care. Easy booking process, easy 24/7 access, easy parking. The decor is stunning and feels so luxurious. The owner is lovely and very approachable & responsive via socials. Cannot recommend enough. Excited for the next steps of my wellness journey.
Love this set up and that I can go at any time that suits me! I especially like the privacy and that I can choose how much time I spend in each device. The roller is great for relieving tension and the Tera Orb is AMAZING! I found it so comfortable and relaxing and I didn’t feel stifled like in a regular sauna. I felt incredibly relaxed afterwards and had the best sleep ever! This is such a brilliant set up for recovery and self-care!
Active wellness spa is a calming little haven. As soon as you enter, you start to feel calm. The rooms have a very serene and peaceful environment with a lovely fragrance and relaxing music, making it such a welcoming environment to use the machines in. The active roll machine is great for circulation and can be tailored to your personal needs. The best thing is that the Spa can be accessed at any time that suits you! Thank you so much Active Wellness Spa for this little piece of heaven!
A few taps is plenty. Every review is read by a person before it appears, and we publish the critical ones too.

Makes a giftGoes well with Sleep & Recovery
The simplest change to an evening is making it dark. Silk sits lightly, does not pull at the skin, and this one is shaped so the eyes are not pressed. It is also the mask sound bath and yoga nidra hosts hand out, which is a fair recommendation on its own.

Everyday useGoes well with Sleep & Recovery · Fitness & Movement
A roller does not need to be clever. It needs to be firm enough to hold its shape and short enough that you actually use it. This is the plain, inexpensive one, and the 30cm length is the right size for calves, thighs and the upper back without taking over the room.
