Staffed Tuesday, Thursday to Sunday 9.30am–2.30pm, with out-of-hours bookings by arrangement.

The environment and service is absolutely amazing! Booked for the wrong day and it was moved to another day with no problems at all. We did a sauna and ice bath and the girl at the desk was amazing, I didn’t get her name unfortunately but thankyou for a great experience 🩷 can’t wait to come back!
What an amazing place. I originally booked for the IV vitamin infusion but quickly booked a further visit to use the Sauna and Ice Bath. The customer service each time is outstanding, the time taken to explain how everything works instilled confidence immediately due to their care and understanding. Place is immaculately clean. Did I mention the friendly customer service 😊 will definitely be back.
Self care at it's very best. Relaxed in an infrared sauna for 45 minutes, then done some breath work guided by the lovely Lauren, ( which felt so relaxing and releasing) Faced my fear of cold water 💧 but only with the support and guidance of Lauren, I was guided out of my head and body and encouraged to focus on my breath relaxing in a 6° ice bath, 1st reaction was to jump right out but 3 minutes in my body was relaxed and the amazing feeling afterwards was totally worth the freeze. Definitely going back for more, muscle tension released instantly post ice bath and I feel totally energised. Highly recommend this experience I'm definitely hooked now! Beautiful relaxing, clean facilities. Coffee is pretty amazing and also had a fresh healthy super food drink.
Hands down the best recovery spot in Perth! From the ice baths to the compression boots, everything is set up to leave you feeling brand new. The vibe is unreal, the staff know their stuff, and the coffee here is honestly the best I've ever had. Can't recommend it enough-this place is next level!
Bryan and Lauren are always welcoming and helpful. I am made to feel very comfortable whilst having my Infusions with a cup of tea, and my feet up. Lauren is always keeping on top of training and is very knowledgeable about the vitamins and minerals. Thank you for always making me at home Em
