My daughter and I attend the studio and have since it first opened. Neither of us had done Pilates before and we are just loving it. We love the intimacy of the studio and every instructor that we have encountered has been fabulous in assisting us building up our abilities and strength. A fabulous atmosphere is felt amongst all who are participating the in class. I love it.

How these ratings work
These bars are a guide, not a score of this business. Each starts from Oria Haven’s profile of Pilates as a kind of session, then is adjusted by facts stored on this listing: its price band, its group size and whether it welcomes beginners.
Nobody has rated this particular venue in person, and reviews are not fed in. Where we have no fact about this listing behind a bar — for example how many people share the room — we leave that bar out rather than guess.
They describe the room — how quiet, how physical, how many people — never what a session is supposed to do for you.
Why our editors picked it
Run this practice? Download the seal for your website“Six reformers in the room and never more, which changes how much correction you actually get. The other half of the studio is a proper recovery wing — full-spectrum infrared sauna, commercial ice baths and structured contrast therapy — so a class and a sauna can be one trip rather than two.”
Best Of guides are an editorial selection. A practice cannot pay to be in one.

Reform and restore is a great Pilates and wellness studio. Each instructor offers their own unique and wonderful teachings, all being so approachable and lovely. The facility itself is wonderful and warm, the contrast therapy offered is amazing! Definitely recommend!
The most welcoming Pilates studio you will ever find! I have noticed such a difference in my body since coming here. Love the aesthetics in the studio too! Would recommend :)

IllustrationA mulberry silk sleep mask with a contoured shape that keeps the fabric off the eyelids, and an adjustable strap.
Makes a giftGoes well with Sleep & Recovery
Why we picked it
The simplest change to an evening is making it dark. Silk sits lightly, does not pull at the skin, and this one is shaped so the eyes are not pressed. It is also the mask sound bath and yoga nidra hosts hand out, which is a fair recommendation on its own.
IllustrationA short, firm foam roller in moulded polypropylene. Small enough to keep beside the mat or take to class.
Everyday useGoes well with Sleep & Recovery · Fitness & Movement
Why we picked it
A roller does not need to be clever. It needs to be firm enough to hold its shape and short enough that you actually use it. This is the plain, inexpensive one, and the 30cm length is the right size for calves, thighs and the upper back without taking over the room.
