Read all on GoogleTamara’s knowledge of the body’s muscles and workings are second to none. She has helped me and several friends to recover and improve our health.
Been going here for sometime because if my condition, i would recommend Luke as his knowledge is by far more than any other physio ive been too
I cannot speak more highly of Luke and the team. I have been to almost every Physio in the area with very little results. Luke was recommended to me by Steve at FeelGood fitness and I am so glad that I saw him. His approach is different to other physios but the results speak for themselves. My back has improved so much since being treated by Luke. I have recommended him to family and friends and they too are also very pleased with the results. Thank you, Luke!
I came in 2 years ago for my ankle after an injury, and now I’ve had everything else fixed up too! Luke’s knowledge, understanding and genuine concern is phenomenal and knowing he’s not just in it for the money, but wants to help is the best feeling. Even if his Dad jokes need work! And Chante just makes you feel so welcome, comfortable and able to do more than you realise. Thank you!
I've always been one to neglect my physical well-being my, university mates of three years can vouch for this. After struggling with persistent pain in my thoracic spine, I finally hit a breaking point after graduating. I remember saying to a friend, "Enough is enough I need to get this sorted." A friend of my parents recommended Mandurah Spine and Sport, so I gave them a call and booked a consultation. That’s how I ended up under the care of Dr. Natasha Harris. From the get-go, Tash (I get to call her that... I'm a regular, you see) took the time to listen and understand the extent of my pain. She explained the treatment plan in detail, breaking everything down so I knew exactly what to expect. And let me tell you, she’s not just a brilliant practitioner—she’s also kind, fun, and genuinely invested in her patients. Every session feels like catching up with an old friend… with some tears of pain (the good kind). A typical session starts with a deep tissue massage to relieve tension in my neck—turns out, a lot of my back pain stemmed from there. Then we move on to shockwave therapy. The device sends targeted shock waves through the muscles to loosen up built-up tension. I won’t lie—at first, it was a bit of a shock (pun intended), but now I know what to expect, and the relief it provides is incredible. On top of that, Tash is also a chiropractor, so I’ve been getting back and neck adjustments, and let me tell you—they’ve worked a treat! I can't recommend Tash enough for anyone needing treatment. Not only is she incredibly skilled, but she also creates a safe, professional, and—most importantly—enjoyable environment. And this goes for the entire team at Mandurah Spine and Sport! If you’re looking for top-tier care with a personal touch, this is the place to go. READER! Don't be like me and leave your physical health unattended! Book in, and thank me later Oliver Mandurah Spine and Sport 100/10 👏🏻
