I (like many others) had a very difficult time arranging a booking, as the receptionists I spoke to on the phone could not answer my questions directly. I needed to reschedule a booking and when it came time to do so, I was told on the phone that they would have to check with the doctors first- despite having my referral on hand. HOWEVER. My experience attending in person was nothing short of excellent. The front desk staff were kind (neither of them were who I spoke with on the phone). And Dr Sabiha, and the nurse (apologies I forgot her name!) were kind, attentive, and took great care of my during my procedure. Don’t let the booking system stop you from this service. There are lovely people operating this practice.

I recently had a procedure with Dr Tamara Hunter and she was the best gynaecologist I have ever seen. She was so comforting, thorough and kind. I would recommend her to anyone who needs help with suspected endo! The reception team was hard to get a hold of but my overall experience was really good.
If only a one star review were possible. I saw Dr Anna Clare for a second opinion regarding my endometriosis and adenomyosis, and it was one of the most dismissive medical experiences I’ve had. From the beginning of the appointment, she appeared completely uninterested in what I had to say. She barely looked up at me while I was speaking and made me feel like my concerns were an inconvenience rather than legitimate chronic health issues. The consultation felt cold, rushed, and lacking in even basic empathy. The most upsetting part was being told: “People with pelvic pain often just have to learn to manage for the rest of their life. If you’re looking for a magic pill, you’ll be looking for a very long time.” While I understand there is no simple cure for conditions like endometriosis and adenomyosis, I did not attend the appointment expecting a “magic pill” I attended hoping for a second opinion with guidance, compassion, and a specialist willing to discuss meaningful management options. Instead, I left feeling dismissed, unsupported, and genuinely worse than when I walked in. No real solutions or helpful advice were offered, and there was little effort made to provide reassurance or patient-centred care. Even if there was ultimately nothing further she could offer me medically, I still would have appreciated being treated with compassion, empathy, and basic respect. Bedside manner can make an enormous difference. The end of the appointment felt abrupt and impersonal she remained seated, eyes locked to her laptop and did not even properly acknowledge me as I left, telling me to “take care” so I’d get to message to leave. For anyone dealing with chronic pelvic pain, bedside manner matters enormously. Unfortunately, this experience lacked compassion, professionalism, and basic respect. I would never recommend Dr Anna Clare to anyone seeking care for endometriosis, adenomyosis, or pelvic pain. I genuinely hope she reads this review and reflects on the way she speaks to and treats vulnerable patients, because no one seeking help for chronic pain should leave an appointment feeling belittled or dismissed. I also do not believe the level of “care” and “service” I received was remotely worth the $330 consultation fee.
