I can’t recommend The Life Spring Float Centre highly enough. From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. The entire space is beautifully presented, spotlessly clean, and has such a calming atmosphere that you instantly feel your stress start to melt away. The float experience itself was incredible, peaceful, deeply relaxing, and exactly what I needed to completely switch off from the outside world. I left feeling refreshed, lighter, and more centred than I have in a long time. My sleep improved and my shoulder pain dissolved. The staff were professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and understood the process, especially if it’s your first float. If you’re looking to reduce stress, improve your wellbeing, or simply take some time for yourself, I genuinely can’t recommend The Life Spring Float Centre enough. It’s a beautiful experience that I’ve made a regular part of my self care routine.
I was gifted a 1 hour float by a friend. The staff were very friendly, the place was very clean and well presented. The float was so relaxing. I was concerned about being in an enclosed space for an hour but it was completely fine. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash and towels are all provided - no need to take your own. I would do it again :)
If I could give my experience at Life Spring more stars - I absolutely would! From the customer service while organising a last minute appointment to the moment I walked out the door - I felt so genuinely looked after. Their masseuse Millie is such a ray of sunshine and exactly the kind of person you hope to have for an experience like this. She is warm and has the most beautiful energy. I truly have never had a massage experience like it. Somehow she managed to release months of built up knots and tension while still making the entire experience feel incredibly relaxing. The little finishing touches like the beautiful oils and hot towels made it feel so luxurious. The clinic itself was spotless and had such a calming atmosphere. I loved that they have beautiful amenities afterwards including a relaxation room where you can sit to have a cup of tea and slowly come back to reality after your treatment. I genuinely felt like I was walking out on a cloud. She honestly made my entire month and I already can’t wait to come back and have her work her magic again 🥰 I’m seriously telling everyone in my life that they need to come to see Millie!
Great float experience and great massage. These guys are just amazing! We both felt like we could literally float out of the door I expressed my need my need for a tense massage and as soon as I said can you go lighter on certain body parts the tension was reciprocated. I 100% reccomend the life spring for a relaxation massage. Just let them know your intensity throughout the massage. IT'S OK TO CHANGE THE PRESSURE BETWEEN BODY PARTS, JUST VOICE IT!
Excellent service and wonderful experience! Did the sauna and float package and found that the value was tremendous. The little details made the experience amazing - all from arriving and the sauna was preheated, to the complimentary ear plugs for the float, as well as the relaxation room where I found a hot cup of herbal tea waiting for me :) Will be back!
