The most beautifully curated experiences! I feel at home everytime I walk in here. After working long hours in my corporate roles, my nervous system was completed shattered. I struggled with a chaotic mind and being unable to rest. Coming to the classes at Henosis has truly allowed my nervous system to be grounded and reset. What I've loved most is being part of the community here. I've felt at other venues I might just attend a one-off class, but what has really supported my wellness journey at Henosis has been the curated experiences and the variety of classes that have supported my entire wellness journey. I booked an Infrared Sauna & Ice Bath Experience with a facilitator guide. The staff were exceptional — kind, helpful, and welcoming. The whole space had a gentle, calming atmosphere that made the experience really enjoyable. Unfortunately, the ice bath triggered a migraine for me. While this is no fault of Henosis & Co, a warning for newbies or those prone to headaches might be helpful and might save someone else from a weeks-long migraine.
My sound healing session with Alessandra was wonderful! I highly recommend it! I entered a trance-like state that was truly an unforgettable experience. I will definitely be coming back for more sessions. Thank you!
