Love this set up and that I can go at any time that suits me! I especially like the privacy and that I can choose how much time I spend in each device. The roller is great for relieving tension and the Tera Orb is AMAZING! I found it so comfortable and relaxing and I didn’t feel stifled like in a regular sauna. I felt incredibly relaxed afterwards and had the best sleep ever! This is such a brilliant set up for recovery and self-care!
Totally seamless and well-thought out experience from start to finish. As soon as you enter, the place feels very welcoming making you want to slow down and unwind. There is a lot of care taken in the attention to detail throughout. The instructions were really thorough too and everything was well provided for. Now coming to the actual experience - The active roll is massive enough for you to comfortable move around, I could feel the fluid move through my body and found it very easy to adjust and still get a great massage. The Tera Orb was simply a blissful moment to myself where I completely switched off and let it take care of me. You might wonder how good can a contactless spa actually be (like I did) - I would say you need to experience it for yourself because you will be in for a surprise! It’s as good as going to any other spa and you come out feeling grateful that you did something good for your mind and body :) Totally worth the time and investment in yourself!
I thoroughly enjoyed both active roll and Tera orb sessions, I often get tired legs and feet due to long standing hours at work and active roll massage (especially) helped with reducing sore muscles, promote circulation and better sleep. 100% recommended. I absolutely love the spa setup. It’s easily accessible, well maintained and self-explanatory. The calm environment and soothing soft music in the background makes the session even more relaxing.
Such a unique and relaxing experience at Active Wellness and Spa. The automated setup is seamless and very user-friendly, which made the whole visit smooth and stress-free. I really appreciated the privacy and calm environment. It is ideal when you just want to switch off and recharge. Everything was clean and thoughtfully designed. Felt like I was in a totally different world. My muscles felt relaxed.after the spa. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a modern, self-paced spa experience.
