Read all on GoogleI was given a voucher by a friend who had visited Keishi Spa before and highly recommended it to me. I decided to use it for a facial, and I’m so glad I did! From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming and professional. The facial was incredibly relaxing, and my skin felt refreshed, hydrated, and glowing afterwards. The therapist explained each step of the treatment and made sure I was comfortable throughout. The spa itself was clean, peaceful, and beautifully presented. It was such a lovely experience, and I can definitely see why my friend recommended it. I’ll be coming back again and would happily recommend Keishi Spa to others. 😊
My husband and I booked a two-hour spa treatment, including a facial and full body massage, as part of our wedding anniversary celebration. We were really looking forward to a relaxing and special experience together. Approximately two hours before our appointment, we received a phone call advising that the spa was short a therapist and asking if we could arrive an hour earlier. While this was unexpected, we adjusted our plans and did our best to accommodate the change. Upon arrival, we were asked to include areas we wanted to avoid (on paperwork) and discussed our preference for the massage to focus mainly on our neck, shoulders and back, as these were the areas where we were carrying the most tension. We understood that the treatment had a set structure, however we were surprised by the response we received. Rather than feeling listened to, we felt as though our request was being dismissed. The conversation quickly became uncomfortable, and the overall tone felt negative and unwelcoming. What disappointed us most was not that our request couldn’t be accommodated exactly as we had hoped, but the way it was communicated. We felt interrupted while trying to explain our preferences, and at times it seemed as though our questions were being treated as an inconvenience. When we were introduced to another therapist, our request was summarised as “they don’t want their legs or arms massaged,” which did not accurately reflect what we were trying to discuss and left us feeling somewhat embarrassed. A spa experience is about much more than the treatment itself. It is about creating an atmosphere of calm, care, trust and comfort from the moment guests arrive. Unfortunately, by this point, both my husband and I felt uneasy and no longer confident that we would have the relaxing anniversary experience we had been looking forward to. To be clear, our concern was never about the price or the treatment protocol. We fully understand that therapists work within certain treatment guidelines. Our disappointment stemmed from the lack of warmth, flexibility and client-centred communication that we would expect from a premium spa experience costing $360 per person. After careful consideration, we decided not to proceed with the treatment. While we appreciate that the spa was dealing with staffing challenges on the day, we left feeling disappointed and saddened that what was meant to be a special anniversary experience ended before it even began. Based on our experience, we would not return or recommend this spa.
Had a really nice experience at Keishi Spa at Novotel. The place is super clean, calm, and relaxing as soon as you walk in. The staff were friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. My treatment was amazing — very relaxing and exactly what I needed. The atmosphere was peaceful and perfect for unwinding. Definitely a great spot if you want to treat yourself and escape for a bit. Would happily come back again!
Highly recommend this spa , I have been to many spas through my travels, but this spa stands out to me , very beautiful and beautiful products, I will definitely be returning thank you Keishi spa
My partner and I had a couples treatment (facials and massages) at Keishi Spa Novatel Perth. The ambiance is world class. Attention to detail is on point. We could not fault them. The massages were world class having visited spas overseas I can see how the owner was awarded Spa Therapist of the Year and global awards, I believe a couple of times. Well deserved. We will definitely re book!
