Anna was incredibly warm and welcoming! It was just what we needed after a stressful couple of days and was perfect for a rainy day. The directions were easy to understand, she was prompt at greeting us at the gate, was ready with information if we had not used a sauna before, provided cold water, and was up for a little chat as well. We will definitely be returning and would highly recommend!
If you’re looking for a private sauna and ice experience, look no further. Anna warmly welcomed us, she provided essential oils, water and music. The space is clean and private, perfect if you want to unwind without the communal sauna crowds. Thank you

Incredible set up. Private yet you can be coached through the ice bath if needed. Great for those who want a recovery session that is bespoke. Anna is so kind and helpful and we will definitely be back!
Really loved this sauna + ice bath! It’s in a quiet, homey neighbourhood and feels so different from the usual commercial places - way more personal and intentional. Anna (the owner) actually comes out to welcome you herself through the side door, which already sets the tone. The whole space feels calm, private, and luxe. If you’re someone who prefers smaller, more thoughtful experiences over big flashy wellness spots, this one’s a gem. Came after competing for Hyrox with an aching body, and I could feel such a huge difference right after (tried to do some squats after and I could stand back up - was struggling to stand up before 🤣) Please give this place a visit 🤍
