The Broadway room of a two-site wellness studio, built around equipment rather than treatment beds: an infrared sauna, a Cocoon infrared pod, a salt cabin for halotherapy, LED facial light, oxygen and hydrogen therapy, and lymphatic roller massage. There is also a heated RedFit sauna studio running yoga, pilates, cycle and weights classes in the warm. Sister site in Rockingham; each books on its own number.

Palm Beach Wellness in Nedlands has quickly become one of my favourite weekly rituals. The space itself has such a calm, welcoming vibe the moment you walk in — you instantly feel more relaxed. I go for 40-minute sessions in the infrared cocoon, and honestly, it’s a game-changer. It gives you all the benefits of a sauna, but without that heavy, wet, choking air that makes it hard to breathe. (There is even a little fan to blow cool air onto your head!) It feels soothing, and leaves me refreshed and recharged every single time (and warms me to my bones in the cold winter we are currently enduring). The staff are super friendly and make the whole experience even better. It’s the kind of place you look forward to going back to. Highly recommend if you want a little pocket of wellness in your week. The cool towel and electrolyte drink afterwards in the salt lamp room is a lovely touch too.
The pod is an amazing experience. I have had ongoing back pain and always feel an immediate sense of well-being after the session and in the days that follow. It helps me feel recharged, calm, clear-headed, and energised. I feel that the red light stimulates increased blood flow. Highly recommend. Gina and her team are always so welcoming and accommodating!
From the moment I booked, the experience was thoughtful and personal. Based on my health history and ongoing struggles with chronic pain and inflammation, I was recommended the Cocoon Infrared Wellness Pod — and it was exactly what I needed. There’s easy, free parking right at the door, and the building itself is beautiful and calming. I was warmly welcomed by Gina, who instantly made me feel like I had come home. The rooms are clean, private, and perfectly set up for relaxation. Gina gave a thorough, unrushed introduction to the equipment so I felt completely comfortable. Once I settled into the cocoon, time flew by. I loved that I wasn’t rushed out afterward — instead, I was offered a drink and had a gorgeous, grounding debrief with Gina. As I left, I noticed that the people coming in were all repeat visitors who spoke so highly of PBW and I can see why. The effect on my body has been incredible, with pain significantly reduced and inflammation calmed. Palm Beach Wellness is a true gem. I can’t wait to go back.
The moment I walked the wonderful Gina greeted me and made me feel welcomed. She was so warm and friendly and really made the experience so much better. She talked me through everything I had booked, what it was good for, how to get the best out of it and checked in on me. The space was so relaxing, calm and clean. To finish of my amazing experience she walked me out which to most isn't that big of a deal but they really personalise the experience and make you feel so welcomed. I will be back!! I had the best night sleep and I feel so much better after those rollers that go out years of tension in my back!
Gina runs Palm Beach Wellness Spa with professionalism and genuine care for her clients. She has created a calm, welcoming space where everyone feels looked after. I have seen how dedicated Gina is to her business and how well she leads her team.
