Mark Simpson works from Princess Road in Doubleview and over Zoom, with group breathwork most Tuesday evenings and some weekend afternoons, two-hour one-to-one journeys, and a shorter hour-long introductory session. His training is a year-long course recognised by the Australian Breathwork Association; he is also an 800-hour yoga teacher and a Reiki master, and runs programs for organisations.
