How Oria chooses these ocean swimming & social dips places
Every listing is hand-checked by Oria Haven. Figures updated 8 October 2026.
Most relevant means practices that specialise in this first, then the ones with the most reviews to go on. A listing that publishes its price, describes itself and names its services gets a small nudge, never more than a quarter of a star, because you can decide on it without ringing. Paid placements are shown once, in their own band, and never move anyone up the list.

About the Reel
The Reel, from Australia’s South West, introduces the floating sauna at Pemberton Pool: two wood-fired sauna rooms on the water with big windows onto the karri forest, and the ritual its caption describes — warm up, step outside into the pool, and repeat.

It captures the setting and the whole hot–cold ritual — including the dive that deserves a word of caution.
