I might have said this many times, I still have to say this again that I can’t thank Ginny enough accommodating to my last minute request. Ginny is a god sent to me at the moment when we were so desperate when the vendor failed on us just 12 hours before my delivery. However, I am still grateful that at least they shared Ginny’s contact. Entertained me at close to midnight, promptly explained/guided us the whole process - words just can’t express how thankful we are. Wholeheartedly, we wish Ginny & the family all the very best! ❤️❤️❤️

We recently had a homebirth and were so grateful to have Ginny as our doula. Her prenatal support around breastfeeding and birth prep helped us feel calm, confident, and ready. During labour, she was a steady, grounding presence for us, keeping us relaxed and present. Her wealth of experience and deep trust in the birthing process brought so much reassurance. We can’t recommend Ginny enough—she’s knowledgeable & compassionate. Also, her lactation cookies are delicious!!!

My wife and I attended the Four Trimesters antenatal class run by Ginny Phang-Davey in Singapore in February and March 2025. As first-time parents, we wanted to be as prepared as possible for the arrival of our little one, and Ginny’s classes came highly recommended. From the very first session, it was clear that we had made the right choice. We approached Ginny’s antenatal classes with curiosity and uncertainty, not knowing what to expect. Yet, by the end of the course, we walked away feeling not only confident and well-informed but also deeply grateful for the incredible preparation it provided for the journey ahead. The sessions masterfully balanced theory with hands-on practice, ensuring we didn’t just passively absorb information but actively applied it. This approach made all the difference in how much we retained and truly understood. I’ll admit that I was initially sceptical about committing to three full-day sessions (each lasting between six and eight hours), wondering if it might feel overwhelming or excessive. But to my surprise, those days were nothing short of invaluable. Ginny expertly guided us through every stage - preparing for birth, understanding the labour process, and adapting to life with our newborn. Her lessons were brought to life with real-world examples, her deep expertise, and her warm, compassionate teaching style. She was consistently thoughtful, relatable, and endlessly supportive, making the entire experience educational and deeply reassuring. We learned so much more than we ever anticipated, and Ginny’s calm, capable presence put us entirely at ease. After each session, I was genuinely amazed at how much we had gained in just one day. Her ability to make complex topics accessible and her genuine care for every participant shone through in every moment. And, of course, I can’t forget to mention the absolute highlight for many - Ginny’s home-cooked meals! Every meal was a delight, from hearty, healthy breakfasts to delicious lunches and perfectly timed afternoon snacks. In fact, we both joked that we’d happily pay just for the food alone - it was that good! If you’re expecting and considering antenatal classes, we cannot recommend Ginny and Four Trimesters highly enough. This was one of the best investments we made in preparing for parenthood, and I will always be grateful for the confidence, knowledge, and support we gained through this experience. Thank you, Ginny, for making such a profound difference in our journey to becoming parents!

For anyone looking to make informed decisions about their birth journey and experience, Ginny’s antenatal class is highly recommended. While we initially thought it was a very lengthy course, 24 h over 3 weekends, the entire experience was very engaging. It has a great mix of theory and practice. Ginny is to the point, firm in her delivery of her beliefs but not too pushy to parents in going down any particular path. We came out of it empowered with stronger knowledge to make decisions that were critical.

Ginny has been a rock throughout my entire pregnancy, home birth, and post birth experience. She is very practical and knowledgeable about how to support new mums and new dads. She is very respectful of personal values and helped me in achieving what I envisioned for my birth story, offering words of encouragement and advice. We are very thankful to have her and her team for our daughter’s birth. I knew I could trust and rely on her as much as I needed, without needing to explain or justify myself. She is very flexible and adapts to every situation effortlessly. Thankyou for everything you have done for us ❤️
