Years of neck and shoulder tension were released gradually over weeks with insightful and highly trained practitioners. Grateful I signed up for the trial, it unlocked a lot for me. Thank you all so much. Also, Scott was very flexible in adjusting my bookings and moving me onto the flexologist who suited my needs best. She worked so hard to make use of my short sessions, flowing succinctly between stretches. Each session was a surprise of how much pain I was carrying and how tight my muscles were.
Joined as a foundation member since it opened 2 years ago and it has been one of the best decisions I have made for my own fitness. StretchLab has helped me improve my strength and flexibility towards personal goals. Staff are friendly and I always look forward to my session.
I have been feeling way older than I should with free movement and muscle soreness so I decided to try assisted stretching. I've now had a couple of sessions with Diyanah and I can't wait for the next. I did feel results after the first session but after the second I feel much better. I'm looking forward to the next few sessions and how much more my movement and muscle relief improves.
I loved Stretchlab... until I wanted to cancel my membership. I have tried calling and emailed multiple times without receiving a response. I am hoping that this will encourage the owners to get back to me and follow their cancellation policy in the contract that I signed.
After looking for this type of service for a very long time, I have been a client at Stretchlab Sth Perth for 2 years now, and my mobility is so much better. Amazing staff who are always happy to help, listen to me, and treat accordingly rather than just run through a set routine! One of a kind service provided by professional, friendly peoples.
