Had my first ever breathwork session with Graeme.. and it was amazing. It was like a deep tissue massage for the soul. Clearly brought up things, cleared up the inner vision.. be prepared for everything to look brighter and clearer, the air to flow easier.. pretty much like the Jimmy Cliff song- I can see clearly now!!!! Graeme was great through the guided session, his explanations were grounded and clear.. his energy is amazing! Thank you my friend for helping resetting my system- I’m ready for my next chapter of this amazing journey!

How these ratings work
These bars are a guide, not a score of this business. Each starts from Oria Haven’s profile of Breathwork as a kind of session, then is adjusted by facts stored on this listing: its price band, its group size and whether it welcomes beginners.
Nobody has rated this particular venue in person, and reviews are not fed in. Where we have no fact about this listing behind a bar — for example how many people share the room — we leave that bar out rather than guess.
They describe the room — how quiet, how physical, how many people — never what a session is supposed to do for you.

Graeme is a wonderful man, holds a space for you which you feel totally comfortable and cared for. Breathwork sessions are life changing and so underrated. Graeme has shown me this first hand, couldn't recommend him high enough. Don't think to much about it people just book a session and return to yourself ❤️
I cannot speak highly enough of Graeme as a counsellor/psychotherapist/coach/breathworker/human. I walk away from each session feeling like my life has literally changed and that I've been given something I never thought I would be able to have. He has been doing this work for a very long time and it truly shows I've been present in multiple group breathwork sessions with him, and multiple private one on one sessions. I can confidently say that I am not trying to advertise Graeme here, but that I am only being honest and transparent with my experience with him. I would say Graeme's work never fails to produce results. I've suffered greatly and nothing and no one has really been able to help me like Graeme. He has helped me to truly process and heal trauma as if it never happened in the first place, and connect to myself in a way I never thought possible In my experience Graeme is totally genuine, and a master of holding space and connecting with people, meeting you just where you are and bringing you into the light, and each session for me has felt profoundly transformative and special. You won't regret seeing and working with Graeme!! You'll only wish you had come across him sooner.

Why we picked it
The thing most people are missing when they say they cannot sit still is a cushion of the right height. A crescent shape gives the thighs somewhere to go, and buckwheat can be added or taken out until it is yours. It is the first thing we would put in a meditation corner.

Why we picked it
Restorative yoga is mostly the art of being held up by the right prop, and a bolster is the prop. Hugger Mugger's has been the studio standard for decades because the core does not go soft. Under the knees, along the spine, or across the lap for a long sit.

Why we picked it
The one meditation book we would hand to someone who has never sat down to meditate. The chapters are two or three pages each, secular in tone, and you can open it anywhere. Thirty years on it is still the plainest introduction there is.
