Tamara Yoga in Claremont was an absolute highlight of my recent trip to Perth from Sydney to visit family. It is so refreshing to find a yoga studio grounded in yogic principles, quietly walking the talk without trying too hard. The instructors are warm, welcoming and genuinely skilled. Caroline, Jenny and Jess were all fantastic. Pennie's sound bath was a treat! I didn't get to see Tamara as she was away but she was fabulous on email with my enquires. The teaching is technically excellent but delivered in such an accessible and grounded way - knowledgeable without being overly intellectualised, which allows you to simply drop into the experience of the practice. The overall vibe of the studio is relaxed, friendly and very supportive. Each class felt like a genuine invitation to slow down, breathe and reconnect. It’s yoga as it’s truly meant to be experienced. I especially loved Jess's Chakra Yoga and the beautiful integration of breath work in Caroline's yoga sessions - they were incredible. After a few classes my nervous system felt noticeably calmer, which was exactly what I needed. The three-week pass for $59 is incredibly generous value and I would highly recommend it. I found myself naturally craving to attend daily and benefitting deeply from each session. I can’t recommend Tamara Yoga highly enough and will absolutely be back next time I’m in Perth.

It was my first time at Tamara studio and it was absolutely beautiful. I was invited to do the Sankalpa Workshop from my friend Chloe. Such a small world as I used to make coffees for Tamara. Hope to come to more yoga classes in the near future. Thank you

The teachers at Tamara yoga have a special presence about them! The classes at Tamara yoga are always thoughtful, engaging, and safe. My favourite teacher is Fish, who is just fantastic at helping his students drop into the felt experience of their practice. He also has a gift for helping students reflect and incorporate introspection into their practice. Would recommend!
