How these ratings work
These bars are a guide, not a score of this business. Each starts from Oria Haven’s profile of Yoga as a kind of session, then is adjusted by facts stored on this listing: its price band, its group size and whether it welcomes beginners.
Nobody has rated this particular venue in person, and reviews are not fed in. Where we have no fact about this listing behind a bar — for example how many people share the room — we leave that bar out rather than guess.
They describe the room — how quiet, how physical, how many people — never what a session is supposed to do for you.
Why our editors picked it
Run this practice? Download the seal for your website“A 45-minute infrared session at $50, in a Nedlands spa where it can be paired with massage or a facial in the same visit. Infrared runs at a lower air temperature than a traditional sauna, which suits people who find a Finnish room too much.”

I absolutely loved doing my very first yoga classes at Bodyscape! It was such a wonderful experience and I couldn't have wished for a better place to start my yoga journey. All of the teachers are incredibly kind, friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere is so lovely and every class was something I genuinely looked forward to. I would absolutely recommend Bodyscape to anyone, whether you're completly new to yoga or are already experienced. Thanks for making every class such a lovely experience!🧘🏼♀️
My mother has asked me to leave a review for Bodyscape on her behalf: “After suffering a spinal injury that left lasting damage to my cervical spine, it was incredibly important for me to find a yoga studio where I felt safe, supported and confident that I was in experienced hands. Bodyscape has exceeded every expectation. I recently completed the Foundations Workshop with Cherry, and it was fantastic. Cherry is incredibly knowledgeable, technical and thorough in her teaching. She helped me re-learn and refine the core yoga postures, explaining not just what to do, but why. It was the perfect way to rebuild my confidence and refresh my practice with a strong focus on correct technique. Rosanna has also been absolutely wonderful. From my very first interaction, she has been warm, welcoming and genuinely caring. She has taken the time to understand my injury and has tailored her approach to suit my individual needs. Her communication has been exceptional, and I genuinely feel cared for every step of the way. For anyone looking for a yoga studio that combines expert instruction with a truly personalised and compassionate approach, I couldn't recommend Bodyscape more highly. I'm so grateful to have found a place where I can continue my healing journey, manage my pain, and reconnect with both my body and mind through yoga. Thank you, Bodyscape! Laura”
Body Scape yoga is one of those rare third spaces - it offers community and a sense of belonging outside of home and work. Every instructor is warm, generous with their energy, and consistently brings interesting sequencing to their classes. The studio itself is beautiful and aesthetic, and all the details feel intentional - low lighting, tea served before and after class, gorgeous music selection. The vinyasa and yin classes at Body Scape always make my week feel more special, if you haven’t tried a class here, you should.
