I enrolled my daughter at MH Performance when MH first started its netball program. Over the years I have seen so many positive changes in my daughter, from being shy to having more confidence on and off the netball court. Her strength in her knees and ankles improved. But most of all her passion for all things fitness and wellness, which lead to her career in the industry and now a coach at MH Performance. Highly recommended ⭐️

How these ratings work
These bars are a guide, not a score of this business. Each starts from Oria Haven’s profile of Personal training as a kind of session, then is adjusted by facts stored on this listing: its price band, its group size and whether it welcomes beginners.
Nobody has rated this particular venue in person, and reviews are not fed in. Where we have no fact about this listing behind a bar — for example how many people share the room — we leave that bar out rather than guess.
They describe the room — how quiet, how physical, how many people — never what a session is supposed to do for you.

I heard about MH performance about a year before I decided to take the leap, I was hesitant on signing up because of working FIFO. When I decided to finally bite the bullet I was at my final straw. I was fighting with PMDD symptoms every month, day in day out I felt like I was going crazy. I spent my months seeing GP’s, begging for help when all I was greeted with was the bandaid fixes of hormonal birth control or anti depressants. Every time I got a blood test to see what was wrong, it could come back as “fine” (which continued the spiral of feeling of crazy). I’ve been with MH Performance and working with Naomi for almost a year now and I can honestly say, hand on heart, it has changed my life. Yes, it is an expensive investment however I knew that I either continue barely surviving or invest time and money into thriving. I’ve gone through some really stressful times since working with these women and can say that through nutrition, exercise and just general overall wellbeing support, I’ve been able to overcome all of it with healthy choices. Everything has changed in my life for the better since working with these women, and I’ll never stop raving about it. Thank you again to all the powerful humans at MH Performance.
When I first joined MH Performance, I honestly wasn’t sure I could commit to the full six months of the Health Mastery Program. That was my biggest hesitation. I had the intention to change my lifestyle and take better care of myself but consistency and discipline had always been the part I struggled with the most. I wondered if I would start strong and then slowly fall off. I feared that I would fail myself again. I kept making excuses. I would ‘figure it out later’, I was too busy. Even though I wanted to feel better in my body and mind, I wasn’t prepared to take the actions required to get there. But I was ready to try. MH Performance didn’t just give me a workout plan or a list of supplements. It gave me structure, accountability and the confidence to start showing up for myself properly. It was never about being perfect. It was about learning how to make better choices, understanding my body and building routines that actually support my health instead of working against it. Rather than seeing health as something overwhelming or restrictive, I started to see it as an investment in myself. My energy and the kind of woman I want to be. The coaches genuinely care. They meet you where ever you are in life, support you through road block moments and celebrate the wins with you. That level of guidance makes it so much easier to stay committed and keep moving forward. Some weeks were definitely tougher than others because life still happens but what surprised me was that even during those challenging weeks I was still performing at a level I never had before. The structure of the program helped me stay on track even when things got overwhelming. At the end of the program, Naomi asked me what I would change about the experience. My honest answer was: nothing. Because even in the weeks where I felt stretched or challenged, I was still showing up and performing in a way I hadn’t before. That in itself showed me how much I had grown. This program didn’t just improve my health. It strengthened my discipline, my self-respect and my belief in what I’m capable of. If there’s another woman reading this who feels unsure about whether she can commit or whether she can really change her lifestyle, I want you to know that you absolutely can. Sometimes the most powerful decision you can make is simply choosing to invest in yourself. Small, consistent daily improvements. If you’re on the fence, my advice is simple: DO IT - and don’t hold back. Your health is worth the investment and the version of you on the other side of that decision will thank you for it.

IllustrationA short, firm foam roller in moulded polypropylene. Small enough to keep beside the mat or take to class.
Everyday useGoes well with Sleep & Recovery · Fitness & Movement
Why we picked it
A roller does not need to be clever. It needs to be firm enough to hold its shape and short enough that you actually use it. This is the plain, inexpensive one, and the 30cm length is the right size for calves, thighs and the upper back without taking over the room.

A two-inch textured rubber ball from TriggerPoint, sized to work underfoot.
Goes well with Massage & Bodywork · Sleep & Recovery · Fitness & Movement
Why we picked it
Two inches is the size that fits the arch of a foot, which is what separates it from a plain lacrosse ball. The texture grips the floor instead of skidding away. The cheapest way into self-massage tools and the one most likely to get used.

A yoga mat printed with alignment lines for placing hands and feet.
Goes well with Yoga
Why we picked it
The lines are the whole point. They give you something to check against when you cannot see your own posture and there is no teacher watching, which makes this a mat for practising alone at home rather than in a studio.
