I attended the sound healing and breathwork with cacao, taiko drum and gong. Wow, what an experience! What a journey! It was so powerful I cried nearly the whole time. Good tears though, tears of letting go, of feeling nourished, of receiving the sounds straight into my heart! In the morning, before the event, something brought back my childhood memories, the strong feeling of being loved and taken care of. That's how, that day, my emotional journey started and it continued through the whole sound session allowing me to deeply recieve each and every sound straight into my heart. Highly professional, amazing venue, just perfect. I have no words to express my gratitude! Thank you so, so much! I'll definitely be back!

Great relaxing experience and they went out of their way to help me as I have had a knee surgery. I would recommend and I will be back. LOVED the rain drum and rain stick, so relaxing.
I attended my first meditation on Friday which was absolutely amazing. I want to say thank you to my dear friend Regina for introducing me to this company. Thoroughly enjoyed it thank you Treemendus

Why we picked it
The thing most people are missing when they say they cannot sit still is a cushion of the right height. A crescent shape gives the thighs somewhere to go, and buckwheat can be added or taken out until it is yours. It is the first thing we would put in a meditation corner.

Why we picked it
Restorative yoga is mostly the art of being held up by the right prop, and a bolster is the prop. Hugger Mugger's has been the studio standard for decades because the core does not go soft. Under the knees, along the spine, or across the lap for a long sit.

Why we picked it
The one meditation book we would hand to someone who has never sat down to meditate. The chapters are two or three pages each, secular in tone, and you can open it anywhere. Thirty years on it is still the plainest introduction there is.
