I’ve been training with Tony at Total Movement for the past couple of months, and I can genuinely feel the difference. His approach is unlike anything I’ve experienced before—it’s not just about exercising, but about truly understanding your body and building a strong foundation from there. What sets Total Movement apart is the holistic focus. It’s not only about workouts; it’s about the full package—nutrition, movement, and reconnecting with your body in a meaningful way. Every session feels purposeful and tailored, rather than just going through the motions. I’ve tried many gyms in the past, but this experience has been completely different. If you’re looking for something that goes beyond the typical gym routine, I would highly recommend Total Movement to anyone.

How these ratings work
These bars are a guide, not a score of this business. Each starts from Oria Haven’s profile of Personal training as a kind of session, then is adjusted by facts stored on this listing: its price band, its group size and whether it welcomes beginners.
Nobody has rated this particular venue in person, and reviews are not fed in. Where we have no fact about this listing behind a bar — for example how many people share the room — we leave that bar out rather than guess.
They describe the room — how quiet, how physical, how many people — never what a session is supposed to do for you.

Total Movement – Highly Recommended! Joining Total Movement has been one of the best decisions I’ve made. Tone made the entire process incredibly clear and smooth—no frills, no hidden fees, just a straightforward and professional approach. The atmosphere is welcoming, and every coach I’ve interacted with has been outstanding. The team truly knows how to support and motivate. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a genuine, high-quality training environment!
Training with the Total Movement team has been great! The one on one nature of the group classes is second to none and all the trainers, coaches and community at the gym are truly invested in seeing you reach your goals. I’d highly recommend their team for anyone looking to build strength, start at the beginning or even progress their training from where they current are. Thank you to Ross, Joey and Tone who have been there to coach me all the way through - the Total Movement Community is truly the best!

IllustrationA short, firm foam roller in moulded polypropylene. Small enough to keep beside the mat or take to class.
Everyday useGoes well with Sleep & Recovery · Fitness & Movement
Why we picked it
A roller does not need to be clever. It needs to be firm enough to hold its shape and short enough that you actually use it. This is the plain, inexpensive one, and the 30cm length is the right size for calves, thighs and the upper back without taking over the room.

A two-inch textured rubber ball from TriggerPoint, sized to work underfoot.
Goes well with Massage & Bodywork · Sleep & Recovery · Fitness & Movement
Why we picked it
Two inches is the size that fits the arch of a foot, which is what separates it from a plain lacrosse ball. The texture grips the floor instead of skidding away. The cheapest way into self-massage tools and the one most likely to get used.

A yoga mat printed with alignment lines for placing hands and feet.
Goes well with Yoga
Why we picked it
The lines are the whole point. They give you something to check against when you cannot see your own posture and there is no teacher watching, which makes this a mat for practising alone at home rather than in a studio.
