I have been receiving assistive stretching at StretchFlex with Biljana, and I can confidently say that her care has made a meaningful difference in my wellbeing and daily function while managing MS. From the moment I walk in, Biljana treats me with genuine warmth, attentiveness, and professionalism. She takes the time to understand my symptoms, limitations, and goals, and adapts every session specifically for my needs. Her knowledge of muscular balance, mobility, and activation is exceptional. Biljana explains every step, checks in throughout each session, and ensures I feel supported and safe. I leave each appointment with reduced tension, better mobility, and a noticeable improvement in how my body feels and functions.I cannot recommend StretchFlex and Biljana highly enough. She has become an essential part of my week and I am truly grateful for the difference her treatment has made. Did I mention how calming and tranquil the treatment rooms are?

How these ratings work
These bars are a guide, not a score of this business. Each starts from Oria Haven’s profile of Massage as a kind of session, then is adjusted by facts stored on this listing: its price band, its group size and whether it welcomes beginners.
Nobody has rated this particular venue in person, and reviews are not fed in. Where we have no fact about this listing behind a bar — for example how many people share the room — we leave that bar out rather than guess.
They describe the room — how quiet, how physical, how many people — never what a session is supposed to do for you.

I have had assisted stretch sessions with Biljana for the past couple of months. I feel taller and more flexible after each session. My posture has improved and I feel stretching weekly like this has improved my overall health. Biljana is a knowledgeable professional and always checks in to make sure I’m comfortable with each stretch. I highly recommend.
Amazing experience at StretchFlex. Friendly, professional team and a very relaxing session. I felt noticeably looser and more mobile right after. Highly recommend!

IllustrationA short, firm foam roller in moulded polypropylene. Small enough to keep beside the mat or take to class.
Everyday useGoes well with Sleep & Recovery · Fitness & Movement
Why we picked it
A roller does not need to be clever. It needs to be firm enough to hold its shape and short enough that you actually use it. This is the plain, inexpensive one, and the 30cm length is the right size for calves, thighs and the upper back without taking over the room.

A two-inch textured rubber ball from TriggerPoint, sized to work underfoot.
Goes well with Massage & Bodywork · Sleep & Recovery · Fitness & Movement
Why we picked it
Two inches is the size that fits the arch of a foot, which is what separates it from a plain lacrosse ball. The texture grips the floor instead of skidding away. The cheapest way into self-massage tools and the one most likely to get used.

A yoga mat printed with alignment lines for placing hands and feet.
Goes well with Yoga
Why we picked it
The lines are the whole point. They give you something to check against when you cannot see your own posture and there is no teacher watching, which makes this a mat for practising alone at home rather than in a studio.
