My boys absolutely love training at The Dungeon Boxing, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! The coaches are fantastic—they strike the perfect balance between teaching proper boxing technique, discipline, and hard work, while making sure the kids have an absolute blast. It’s a high-energy, supportive environment that has been amazing for my boys' fitness, focus, and confidence. If you are looking for a place where your kids can burn off energy, learn real skills, and feel part of a great community, I can’t recommend The Dungeon enough!

How these ratings work
These bars are a guide, not a score of this business. Each starts from Oria Haven’s profile of Personal training as a kind of session, then is adjusted by facts stored on this listing: its price band, its group size and whether it welcomes beginners.
Nobody has rated this particular venue in person, and reviews are not fed in. Where we have no fact about this listing behind a bar — for example how many people share the room — we leave that bar out rather than guess.
They describe the room — how quiet, how physical, how many people — never what a session is supposed to do for you.

My son has joined the dungeon boxing Malaga🥊 This is only his 4th session, the impact this has had on my child’s self confidence, and discipline has been detrimental to his emotional well being. It’s affordable and the owner kaleb is very knowledgeable and supportive to all his boxers. I would recommend anyone to give this gym a go, and you will not be disappointed. The outcome of the 4 sessions has increased my son’s focus, stability on his feet and mental strength. Im very happy to see the instant improvement and what is yet to come in the future.
Hands down the best place we’ve sent our kids! The Dungeon offers a great range of classes throughout the week, making it super easy to fit into our schedule. Most importantly, our kids absolutely love going. The trainer is fantastic with the children, striking the perfect balance between making it fun and teaching them real discipline and respect. Highly recommend!

IllustrationA short, firm foam roller in moulded polypropylene. Small enough to keep beside the mat or take to class.
Everyday useGoes well with Sleep & Recovery · Fitness & Movement
Why we picked it
A roller does not need to be clever. It needs to be firm enough to hold its shape and short enough that you actually use it. This is the plain, inexpensive one, and the 30cm length is the right size for calves, thighs and the upper back without taking over the room.

A two-inch textured rubber ball from TriggerPoint, sized to work underfoot.
Goes well with Massage & Bodywork · Sleep & Recovery · Fitness & Movement
Why we picked it
Two inches is the size that fits the arch of a foot, which is what separates it from a plain lacrosse ball. The texture grips the floor instead of skidding away. The cheapest way into self-massage tools and the one most likely to get used.

A yoga mat printed with alignment lines for placing hands and feet.
Goes well with Yoga
Why we picked it
The lines are the whole point. They give you something to check against when you cannot see your own posture and there is no teacher watching, which makes this a mat for practising alone at home rather than in a studio.
