I just want to thank you for offering such wonderful courses. I’ve been to another studio before where there were 20+ students in an aerial yoga class, and the trainer only stayed at the front without assisting anyone. I left feeling really confused and frustrated, so I started looking for a studio that values quality. Yesterday I attended three courses here ( trainer Peter and Adrian), both of the trainers took so much time to support the newbies (like me), they’re amazing! I never felt lost—they were all so energized, supportive, patient, and friendly. It makes me so happy to have joined this studio 🥹 Iris

All three trainers are fantastic, the atmosphere is great, everyone is so friendly and supportive, you get great results. Since starting classess at air space I have gotten my passion for l8fe back. Thank you.
Been going here for two years . Ashleigh and the team are very helpful and professional. I had no experience in yoga at all when I started with my wife and it's a great activities we share that we can do together but at our own level.

IllustrationA short, firm foam roller in moulded polypropylene. Small enough to keep beside the mat or take to class.
Everyday useGoes well with Sleep & Recovery · Fitness & Movement
Why we picked it
A roller does not need to be clever. It needs to be firm enough to hold its shape and short enough that you actually use it. This is the plain, inexpensive one, and the 30cm length is the right size for calves, thighs and the upper back without taking over the room.

A two-inch textured rubber ball from TriggerPoint, sized to work underfoot.
Goes well with Massage & Bodywork · Sleep & Recovery · Fitness & Movement
Why we picked it
Two inches is the size that fits the arch of a foot, which is what separates it from a plain lacrosse ball. The texture grips the floor instead of skidding away. The cheapest way into self-massage tools and the one most likely to get used.

A yoga mat printed with alignment lines for placing hands and feet.
Goes well with Yoga
Why we picked it
The lines are the whole point. They give you something to check against when you cannot see your own posture and there is no teacher watching, which makes this a mat for practising alone at home rather than in a studio.
