Wowsers — my 9D breathwork session with Jade was unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. I already have my own morning breathwork practice and have explored many different styles and modalities, but this was something entirely different. From the very beginning, it Jade created such a safe, grounded space. She took the time to beautifully explain what might arise during the session — the emotions, sensations, and memories that could surface — so we could fully surrender to the experience knowing we were deeply held and supported. As the journey unfolded, layers of emotion, energy, and memory began to move through me. At moments it felt intense, like I was releasing everything I had been holding onto for so long. Then, waves of peace and lightness started to flow in — it was as if I was meeting myself again. By the end, I felt open, grounded, and deeply connected — to my heart, to the present moment, and to something so much bigger than me. I’m beyond grateful for the healing, the release, and the reminder of how powerful the breath — and we — truly are. Tracy ❤️

I attended my first ever session yesterday for the 9DMT breath work. I didnot know what to expect and what my journey would be like. And the release I had was insane. Now I’ve done mindset, shadow work, hypnosis & meditations a lot before and I’ve never had a journey like this. Honestly I loved it and can’t wait to do it again. I can’t recommend you enough. The safe and comfortable space you created for us to go on our journey was incredible. Thankyou x

Absolutely loved my expirience at the 9DMT Breathwork. This was both my partners and I's first expirience going deep with breathwork so we were a little nervous, however this discipated soon after starting. The eye mask and headphones allow you to drop straight into your body and make it easy to focus on soley the breath. Can'y wait to come back for another one. Highly recommend :)

Actually life changing stuff (for me). Would 1000% recommend. And will do more. Jade creates an amazing space and holds you there. The 9D process is work, but such powerful and important work. I got way more out of this than many other modalities I have worked with. Thanks Jade :) xx

Jadey Babe 🥹❤️‍🔥 The words that come to me not just for the gift of immersfull breathework of 9D that you have bought to our island but for the human you are is cosmic forces, energy fields, supportive atmospheres, nourishing space holding, validating words, affirmations of showing up just as you are in your present and an unwavering love. Gratitude to you and your purpose and making every individual feel seen and heard in their uniqueness yet reminding us how we are all connected and how to get there. I adored every moment of 9D. I’ve done a lot of breathe work and this by far has been the most potent, creating space to immerse in your own self through the headphones, blindfold and complete relaxation of comfort unlocked levels for me that would otherwise be more challenging.
