How these ratings work

These bars are a guide, not a score of this business. Each starts from Oria Haven’s profile of Pilates as a kind of session, then is adjusted by facts stored on this listing: its price band, its group size and whether it welcomes beginners.

Nobody has rated this particular venue in person, and reviews are not fed in. Where we have no fact about this listing behind a bar — for example how many people share the room — we leave that bar out rather than guess.

They describe the room — how quiet, how physical, how many people — never what a session is supposed to do for you.

I absolutely love this Pilates studio! There are a range of workouts to support all fitness levels in a welcoming and motivating environment. The studio is always clean, calming, and beautifully set up. I've noticed such an improvement in my strength, posture, and flexibility since starting here. Classes are challenging in the best way, and never boring- I have never done the same class twice! I highly recommend this studio to anyone looking for a positive and professional Pilates experience!

I've been skeptical to try screen led classes as I do Pilates regularly in a group settings with instructor. But then a friend gave me a free class at Redefined and I have been positively suprised. Classes were good and can be challenging if you make them to be. Although find them a bit shorter than most places (40min). But are super affordable and a great option if you don't wanna talk to anyone and are introverted. Since I have an office job I prefer to have some human contact outside office as much as possible but this studio is a really cheap option with fair quality. If you are confident in your knowledge of exercises then this place is for you. However for newbies, it might be better to have an instructor to correct them, teach them how to breathe and move properly. Although I tend to forget those things even as an experienced person. Oh an reformers were really comfy and find that they glide a lot smoother than other places I tried. I also did beginners class but on heavier springs and I was struggling, which is good! Overall, great studio, but it depends on what are you looking for.

Highly recommend this Reformer Pilates studio in Perth! It is always clean and the interior is stunning to look at. Despite doing pilates consistently for a few years now I find the “Level Up” classes challenging and effective. They have classes for beginners too, which makes starting pilates easy and hassle-free. The classes are inexpensive and the best part is that you can choose a time that suits your schedule.

A short, firm foam roller in moulded polypropylene. Small enough to keep beside the mat or take to class.

Everyday use

Goes well with Sleep & Recovery Fitness & Movement

Why we picked it

A roller does not need to be clever. It needs to be firm enough to hold its shape and short enough that you actually use it. This is the plain, inexpensive one, and the 30cm length is the right size for calves, thighs and the upper back without taking over the room.

Goes well with Massage & Bodywork Sleep & Recovery Fitness & Movement

Why we picked it

Two inches is the size that fits the arch of a foot, which is what separates it from a plain lacrosse ball. The texture grips the floor instead of skidding away. The cheapest way into self-massage tools and the one most likely to get used.

Yoga Mat product photograph

A yoga mat printed with alignment lines for placing hands and feet.

Why we picked it

The lines are the whole point. They give you something to check against when you cannot see your own posture and there is no teacher watching, which makes this a mat for practising alone at home rather than in a studio.
