I really enjoyed the Pilates class. Khrin explained everything very clearly and kept a gentle, comfortable pace, which made it easy to follow and focus on the movements. I also really liked the exercises that there were lots of stretching movements, which felt great for releasing tension and relaxing the body. The studio is very spacious, with plenty of space between the equipment. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and I’d definitely come back again. Thank you :)

How these ratings work
These bars are a guide, not a score of this business. Each starts from Oria Haven’s profile of Pilates as a kind of session, then is adjusted by facts stored on this listing: its price band, its group size and whether it welcomes beginners.
Nobody has rated this particular venue in person, and reviews are not fed in. Where we have no fact about this listing behind a bar — for example how many people share the room — we leave that bar out rather than guess.
They describe the room — how quiet, how physical, how many people — never what a session is supposed to do for you.

My first visit and my first time doing Reformer Pilates. Katie met us at reception and I bought my comfy gripper socks. Then Tonya took us for my first class. She was great ! She ran though all the features of the machine and the different exercises clearly and a few laughs too. Absolutely loved it and can see this being a very regular booking to improve my strength and fitness. Highly recommended.
10/10 will recommend anyone coming here! I joined in January and best decision ever. All the staff and instructors are just amazing. I was so anxious and nervous to start Pilates but coming here instantly relieved any worries. You don’t have to be advanced or have any Pilates experience, the instructors guide you the whole class. Super friendly and kind environment. Highly recommended!!! So glad I found Studio Forte X

IllustrationA short, firm foam roller in moulded polypropylene. Small enough to keep beside the mat or take to class.
Everyday useGoes well with Sleep & Recovery · Fitness & Movement
Why we picked it
A roller does not need to be clever. It needs to be firm enough to hold its shape and short enough that you actually use it. This is the plain, inexpensive one, and the 30cm length is the right size for calves, thighs and the upper back without taking over the room.

A two-inch textured rubber ball from TriggerPoint, sized to work underfoot.
Goes well with Massage & Bodywork · Sleep & Recovery · Fitness & Movement
Why we picked it
Two inches is the size that fits the arch of a foot, which is what separates it from a plain lacrosse ball. The texture grips the floor instead of skidding away. The cheapest way into self-massage tools and the one most likely to get used.

A yoga mat printed with alignment lines for placing hands and feet.
Goes well with Yoga
Why we picked it
The lines are the whole point. They give you something to check against when you cannot see your own posture and there is no teacher watching, which makes this a mat for practising alone at home rather than in a studio.
