Review of Relaxation Massage Experience I recently visited a high-end spa for a relaxation massage, paying a hefty $275 for a 60-minute session, and I must say, the experience was far from what I expected. While the facilities were excellent—beautifully designed and well-maintained—the massage itself left much to be desired. From start to finish, the session was annoyingly unpleasant. There was a noticeable lack of effort, flow, and connection from the therapist. Instead of feeling relaxed and rejuvenated, I left feeling disappointed and frustrated. It's unfortunate that such a luxurious environment was paired with a service that didn't match the high price tag. I came to this establishment expecting a premium massage experience, especially for the cost, but sadly, it was a waste of time. I would not recommend this massage service if you value quality and a meaningful connection in your treatments. Appointment- 11/1/26 (12:30)

From the moment I walked into Crown Spa, I had a feeling I was in for something good, but Kayla made it incredible. You can tell she really knows her stuff when it comes to massage. She’s got a solid grasp of how the body works, and every move she made felt super intentional. It’s not just a standard massage with her, she actually tunes in to what your body needs and works with it, not just on it. Absolute game changer. The atmosphere at Crown Spa is serene and luxurious, and Kayla’s thoughtful presence only amplified that. I walked out feeling lighter, calmer, and genuinely rejuvenated.

Absolutely amazing experience today. Everything well thought out and the customer service was outstanding. Was it expensive? Yes. But was it value and worth it? Absolutely! The place is immaculate and the whole experience was a joy. Best spa experience in Perth for sure. Will be going back :) thanks ladies

The spa was beautiful and service fabulous. The massage was good, however I wouldn’t say great. However, the products used smelt amazing. The steam room was clean and large. The only negative comment I could make is that the lights were kept on bright whilst I was having my massage. I think it would have been nice for the lights to be dimmed. The waiting room for the massage was dim and felt very relaxing. The tea and fresh orange juice was a nice refresher.
