Such a beautiful place, we had a wonderful relaxing time here! My friends and I booked the Saturday is Ladies Day package with the full body massage and thought it was great value, we really enjoyed the massages and beautiful garden and pools after. Chloe did my massage and she was fantastic, she made me feel so comfortable and relaxed and made sure to check whether I was happy with the level of pressure and to avoid any ticklish spots. My only gripe is that it wasn't super easy to book, I was unable to book through the Fresha online booking and sent an email, after no reply I called them and left a message. After that I had someone call me back and we got it all sorted then. There were also a lot of bees in the gardens/pool area, wasn't an issue for us at all but something to be aware of if you're allergic or scared of bees.
I came into Brookleigh this week and wow what an experience. The grounds and property are beautiful, and the decor, smells and vibe in the spa have all had an incredible attention to detail. I had a package that included a massage, scrub & facial and followed by a grazing box in the gardens. My service started about 20 minutes late, and I assume this was due to a staff member being unavailable as they swapped half way through my massage. The first half on my back was quite soft, more of a relaxing back rub than feeling like my muscles or fascia were getting any release. My second masseuse Elaine finished my massage and applied better pressure, so a shame I didn’t have her for the whole service as I like a strong massage. My facial was incredible, and I loved the incorporation of essential oils into both my massage and facial. The wine, tea & grazing box was tasty and very generous in serving (I couldn’t finish it) i wasn’t rushed out the door in any way shape or form. The manager checked in at the end of my service to make sure everything was okay. Overall an amazing experience.
Awful customer service and misinformation online and via phone calls. Not willing to honour their incompetence or misinformation. To follow up I made phone calls to Brookleigh Beauty 2025 3 and 2 Jan, 2024 27, 26, 19, 16 Dec. Never had a call back. Was provided over the phone confirmation of my voucher being for 2 people. 16th December recieved email stating offers for Christmas. There were 2 images/deals 1. Relaxing Chris special for two. 2. Christmas Couples Indulgence Package. I clicked on 2 and followed the booking process. Brookleigh sent me a voucher titled Christmas Decadent Delight packed. Due to never getting a call back. I also emailed on Jan 3rd, 16th 26th 28th. To then be told it is for 1 person not 2 was surprising and wanting more payment. As a result, I was NOT provided with the best possible service experience as a long term client. Never had an issue before. Sadly Brookleigh this time you have not the right thing and please stop trying to make an excuse. Own your error and the disappointment you have provided to a long term client
Beautiful setting for a really enjoyable and relaxing experience. Would highly recommend the half day package. Great way to pamper that special someone.
Bought a gift certificate from here and the place looks amazing. The staff are friendly and professional. The gardens are beautiful. Haven't had the spa experience yet but I'm sure I will be updating t 5 stars after that.
