Supportive, friendly and very professional instructors, great selection of challenging classes, fun atmosphere, and very good value for money. The App is very good for finding and reserving classes, and following your account is very easy. Four excellent locations around the city. Great experience all around!
Great Pilates studio with friendly instructors and a welcoming atmosphere. Classes are challenging in the best way and always leave me feeling stronger and refreshed. Always looking forward to coming to classes.

A roller does not need to be clever. It needs to be firm enough to hold its shape and short enough that you actually use it. This is the plain, inexpensive one, and the 30cm length is the right size for calves, thighs and the upper back without taking over the room.
