The City of Victoria Park's aquatic centre, open from 5.30am on weekdays. The City of Vincent's pool and fitness centre runs one of Perth's biggest aqua timetables — Aqua 4 All, Aqua Balance, Aqua Cardio, Aqua HIIT, Aqua Zumba and Deep Aqua — plus a 40-minute Stretch & Flex class, with casual entry from $12.40 concession and class packs available.

A City of Canning centre running three distinct aqua classes rather than one generic timetable: Aqua Fit as a cardio and conditioning session for sixteen and over, Aqua Stick using rubber bands on a bar for added resistance, and Revitalise Aqua, a low-impact class the city describes as designed for people over fifty. A second pool runs the same programme at Riverton. Bookings open twenty-two hours before each class.

All-gender and 18-plus, swimwear required; open seven days, from 6am on Thursdays and Fridays and until 8pm most nights. Packages, memberships and gift cards are sold on the site.

Merse Wellness Osborne Park is a bathhouse on Scarborough Beach Road with hot magnesium spas, cold plunge pools, hot rock and infrared saunas, a steam room and monsoon showers. Bathhouse sessions usually run 60 to 90 minutes. The steam room is open to members and casual visitors, with bookings through the Merse app. A Rejuvenate Lounge offers compression, LED light and sound sessions. Open weekdays 5.30am to 9pm, weekends 7am to 7pm.

Perth's first fully dedicated recovery centre: cold plunge pools alongside a magnesium-enriched hot plunge for contrast work, a Finnish sauna, steam room, red light therapy, compression boots and IV drips. Recwell is a contrast therapy and recovery centre in Wangara with hot and cold pools, a steam room, a campfire sauna, a compression boot lounge and Reformer Pilates. Contrast sessions run 60 minutes and include the pools, sauna and steam room, booked as casual sessions, packs or week-to-week memberships from $49 a week for two sessions. Remedial massage and physiotherapy run on site through outside providers. Open weekdays 5.30am to 8pm and weekends 7am to 4pm.

Revive Skin Emporium is a day spa on the corner of Oxford Street and Scarborough Beach Road in Mount Hawthorn, with private treatment rooms for singles and couples, a hydrotherapy spa and a steam room. The steam room can be booked on its own as a 30-minute session ($45 for one, $70 for two), paired with the spa, or before a massage, wrap or scrub. Massages start at $145 for 30 minutes. Open Monday to Saturday, closed Sundays.
