I have never done the same class twice and I have been coming most weeks for over a year. Theresa makes you very welcome, the classes are always fun and have a great community spirit, I would definitely recommend you give Pilates Warehouse a go !
A great full-body workout in a friendly, fun environment. Theresa is so good at varying the exercises and keeping everyone engaged, that it never gets repetitive no matter how often you go.
It is a wonderful, safe and empowering studio with the most incredible instructor, Theresa. I felt so welcomed as a beginner. Guided and cared for as well. Highly recommend.

A roller does not need to be clever. It needs to be firm enough to hold its shape and short enough that you actually use it. This is the plain, inexpensive one, and the 30cm length is the right size for calves, thighs and the upper back without taking over the room.
