My mum and I had a ladies spa package here and it was such a lovely experience from start to finish. The treatments were incredibly relaxing and the whole setting is just beautiful. The service was honestly above and beyond. I accidentally dropped my diamond pendant through the wooden floorboards outside and the staff actually removed the boards to find it for me. I was so grateful and genuinely blown away by how kind and helpful everyone was. Such a relaxing experience with amazing service, will definitely be back :-)
My husband and I spend a lovely afternoon there, played padel, went to the beautiful Oasis, had a wonderfully relaxing massage and then had tea & scones afterwards. We loved every minute. Highly recommend. We’ll definitely be back. Thanks for having us!
We visited Swan Valley Retreat using one of their own gift vouchers and chose it to celebrate the end of our 5-year anniversary weekend, and it was the perfect way to finish. The setting is peaceful and surrounded by nature, which immediately helps you relax and unwind. The couples massage was excellent — calming, professional, and exactly what we needed after a busy few days celebrating. A real highlight was being able to spend around 15 quiet minutes afterwards enjoying cake and coffee while taking in the view. It felt unhurried, thoughtful, and a lovely way to extend the experience. The staff were warm and welcoming, and everything felt very personal and well cared for. A beautiful local escape for relaxation, and especially perfect for a special occasion.
My son and I had such a fantastic time at this padel tennis venue. The courts were in great condition and the whole place had a really friendly, welcoming vibe. The staff were super helpful. It’s such a fun sport to play together and we both left with big smiles. We’ll definitely be back again soon highly recommend it for families or anyone wanting a great hit!. Such a beautiful location too.
I received a gift voucher for treatments and lunch at this amazing retreat. My day was filled with rest, relaxation and an amazing massage and facial with Jackie. Hands of an angel. I came away feeling so relaxed and rejuvenated. Lunch was delicious, sat in a garden cabin overlooking the manicured garden, watching the sheep and alpaca graze by the water. Serene. This will be my birthday request every year now.
