We absolutely loved our stay! The staff were amazing from start to finish—everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help. Any questions we had were answered straight away, and nothing ever seemed like too much trouble. The views were absolutely beautiful and made the whole experience even more special. It was so peaceful and quiet, exactly what we were looking for. We left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. We wouldn't hesitate to come back and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

How these ratings work
These bars are a guide, not a score of this business. Each starts from Oria Haven’s profile of Massage as a kind of session, then is adjusted by facts stored on this listing: its price band, its group size and whether it welcomes beginners.
Nobody has rated this particular venue in person, and reviews are not fed in. Where we have no fact about this listing behind a bar — for example how many people share the room — we leave that bar out rather than guess.
They describe the room — how quiet, how physical, how many people — never what a session is supposed to do for you.
Why our editors picked it
“The Couples Escape puts a 60-minute couples relaxation massage together with an antipasto platter, a bottle of sparkling and time in a private outdoor area — $440 for two hours, or $580 with 90-minute massages. Double Indulgence, $930 for four hours, adds facials and an hour in the Oasis of sauna and ice bath. The couples massage is offered to two friends too. A 50% deposit is taken and kept inside 48 hours, Sundays carry a 10% surcharge, and it closes on public holidays.”

Some places leave you with wonderful memories and then there are places like Swan Valley Retreat that you leave a piece of your heart behind. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely welcomed and cared for -even offering us a bottle of local wine to celebrate our anniversary. Every detail has been thoughtfully created and the beautiful surroundings, incredible amenities and peaceful atmosphere made it so easy to switch off from the world and simply enjoy every moment. The spa treatments were an added touch that felt personal and truly left us feeling completely refreshed and relaxed There truly wasn't a single thing we could fault. It felt like a home away from home - only even more relaxing. If we could change one thing, it would be making Swan Valley Retreat our permanent address. Thank you for creating such a special place and for making our stay so unforgettable. We've left with full hearts, incredible memories and counting down the days until we can return. ❤️ For whatever reason you have we would HIGHLY RECOMMEND the Swan Valley Retreat for your next getaway.
My husband and I spend a lovely afternoon there, played padel, went to the beautiful Oasis, had a wonderfully relaxing massage and then had tea & scones afterwards. We loved every minute. Highly recommend. We’ll definitely be back. Thanks for having us!

IllustrationA guided journal with short daily prompts: a few lines in the morning, a few at night. Undated, so a missed day costs nothing.
Makes a giftGoes well with Mindfulness coaching
Why we picked it
A journal only works if it is short enough to keep doing. This one asks for five minutes and three lines, which is the amount most people will actually write, and undated pages mean no guilt about the gaps. A good gift because nobody buys it for themselves.
IllustrationJames Nestor's account of how we breathe and how we used to, drawing on breathing traditions, pulmonology and his own experiments. Paperback edition.
Good for beginnersGoes well with Breathwork
Why we picked it
If a breathwork class has left you curious about why any of it works, this is the book to read next. It is a reporter's book rather than a manual, which is why it is so readable, and it sends most people back to class with better questions.
