RelaxIndulge

A small private studio at Cockburn Central built around floating: a float tank, an infrared sauna, and a Cocoon wellness pod that combines infrared heat with a massage bed. Fire and ice sessions pair the sauna with cold, and massage is booked separately. Everything runs as a private booking rather than a shared space, which suits people who would rather not share a recovery room.

Hands-on careRelax

Massage across remedial, relaxation, pregnancy, hot stone and lymphatic drainage, with reiki and reflexology on the same menu and float tanks in the building. Hour-long sessions run $129–$159, evenings included most nights, and a membership from $95 a month suits people who treat it as maintenance rather than a treat.

How Oria chooses these sleep & recovery places

9 of the 41 sleep & recovery listings in the directory match this view. The count is live, and the order puts specialists first — paid placement never moves anyone up it.

As of October 2026, 9 of the 41 Sleep & Recovery listings on Oria Haven are in this view (Perth) — counted live from the directory.

3 places here publish a starting price, from $59 to $129. The median is $70.

4 of these specialise in sleep & recovery — it is their main focus. The other 5 list it among other things they offer.

Every listing is hand-checked by Oria Haven. Figures updated 8 October 2026.

Most relevant means practices that specialise in this first, then the ones with the most reviews to go on. A listing that publishes its price, describes itself and names its services gets a small nudge, never more than a quarter of a star, because you can decide on it without ringing. Paid placements are shown once, in their own band, and never move anyone up the list.

The guide

Before you go: sleep & recovery in Perth

A recovery studio sells you time in a room. That’s the model, and it’s why the pricing looks unlike anything else in the directory — a single session, a pack of ten, or a monthly pass that only makes sense if you turn up weekly.

The rooms themselves: infrared saunas booked in 45-minute slots, private or shared; ice baths usually taken in a few short goes rather than one long one; red light and compression rooms measured in minutes; cryotherapy chambers and hyperbaric suites at a handful of clinics. Many studios sell contrast sessions that move you between hot and cold on a timer.

Practical things the websites tend to bury: whether the sauna is private or shared decides what you wear, most studios want thongs and your own towel, and a first visit runs longer than the booked slot because someone has to show you the room. Studios that take walk-ins are the exception.

If you’re deciding between them, our guide to sauna, ice bath or float works through the choice. Related: sound and float, bodywork and massage.

It captures the setting and the whole hot–cold ritual — including the dive that deserves a word of caution.

  • Checked 7 October 2026, from prices published by seven Perth float centres on their own websites (checked 3–7 October 2026), or the booking pages they link to.
  • A single casual 60-minute float, one price per centre.

  • Where a venue doesn't say something (hours, showers, privacy), it is counted as not stated -- never as no.
  • Prices and inclusions change. Check the venue's own site before you book.

Float therapy in Perth — common questions

How many practices offer float therapy in Perth?

Oria Haven lists 9 practices across 9 suburbs in the Perth metro. Every entry is checked by hand before it goes live, and the list is updated as practices open, move or close.

What does it cost to book float therapy in Perth?

Of the 3 practices here that publish a starting price, sessions begin from $59, with a typical starting price around $70. Prices come from the practices themselves and change without notice — confirm before you book.

How does Oria Haven choose which practices to list?

We build the directory ourselves rather than taking paid submissions, so a practice appears because it exists and serves Perth — not because it paid. Practices can claim their listing for nothing and keep it accurate, photos included. Paid plans add booking links, offers and visitor stats. We never take a cut of bookings, and enquiries go straight to the practice.
