Weekly crystal-bowl sound journeys at three venues across the metro — Trigg by the beach midweek and Sunday, with Fremantle and Victoria Park sessions on Sundays. Casual drop-ins run $44 and a three-session intro pack takes the edge off deciding. A guided meditation opens each session before the bowls take over.
Breathwork and recovery studios on Beaufort Street (with a second room in Booragoon), running group breathwork, sound healing, yin, yoga nidra and slow flow alongside sauna and ice-bath contrast work. The $79 two-week unlimited intro is one of the better ways in the city to find out which of those actually suits you.

A clean-beauty studio and store on Bay View Terrace, and the official Australian spa partner for Augustinus Bader — the only place in WA running the brand's facial protocols. The treatment menu pairs those facials with Hydrafacial, peels, skin needling, LED and a buccal lift-and-sculpt, alongside holistic facials, massage, Ayurvedic body therapies, reiki and sound baths, and the shop stocks niche perfume and skincare. Open Monday to Saturday, 10am to 5pm.
Mandi Kelly holds a Master Reiki qualification and an Advanced Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy, working from a private healing room on South Terrace. Sessions span reiki, reiki hot- and cold-stone massage, crystal and sound healing, hypnotherapy and past-life regression, with Reiki Level 1 and 2 training courses that took a Fremantle Chamber of Commerce award in 2023.
Christie's home clinic in Booragoon mixes energetic kinesiology, Holy Fire and Karuna reiki, sound healing and ceremonial cacao, with monthly group healing sessions for up to ten. Open Tuesday to Thursday and Saturdays by appointment, with evening slots on request, plus reiki and Access Bars training through the year.
Two rooms on the coast — Railway Street in Cottesloe and a second inside the Swanbourne Surf Club — running more than thirty classes a week between them. The timetable is unusually wide for a studio this size: vinyasa and power vinyasa at one end, hatha flow and slow flow in the middle, and yin restorative, yin and yang, and myofascial release at the other. Sound healing runs as its own session and paired with yin.
Eileen is an intuitive Reiki Master, certified sound therapy practitioner and certified Activator healer-coach in quantum and dimensional healing. Her City Beach practice offers intuitive reiki in person or at distance, sound healing, and tarot readings — singly or combined — with gift vouchers available.
Lyndal runs a monthly women's circle on the last Saturday of the month, 7–9pm, at the Fremantle Yoga Centre space on Petra Street. Evenings move through grounding meditation with sound, yin yoga, a cacao ritual and guided sharing by candlelight, with themes following the seasons and moon phases.
A North Fremantle studio whose timetable runs from power yoga and sculpt Pilates down to yin, restorative, and a yoga nidra class held inside live crystal-bowl sound healing — the guided yogic-sleep practice done properly, lying down, with the room resonating. Drop-ins $32, memberships from $39 a week.
A small studio within the Sanctuary Wellness Collective on Wood Street, Fremantle, founded by Amy and run as a collective of women practitioners. The Mahogany Creek studio adds The Sanctuary, a sauna and cold plunge, plus a creche for the Mini + Me classes, and the team runs retreats as far afield as Ningaloo.

A neighbourhood studio above the Mosman Park post office running vinyasa, yin and sound healing classes, with a South Perth second room on the way. First-timers get thirty days unlimited for $69 across both locations — one of the more generous intro windows in Perth.
How Oria chooses these spa & recovery places
16 of the 96 spa & recovery listings in the directory match this view. The count is live, and the order puts specialists first — paid placement never moves anyone up it.
As of October 2026, 16 of the 96 Spa & Recovery listings on Oria Haven are in this view (Perth) — counted live from the directory.
5 places here publish a starting price, from $29 to $69. The median is $40.
2 of these specialise in spa & recovery — it is their main focus. The other 14 list it among other things they offer.
Every listing is hand-checked by Oria Haven. Figures updated 8 October 2026.
Most relevant means practices that specialise in this first, then the ones with the most reviews to go on. A listing that publishes its price, describes itself and names its services gets a small nudge, never more than a quarter of a star, because you can decide on it without ringing. Paid placements are shown once, in their own band, and never move anyone up the list.

The guide
Before you go: Sound Healing in Perth
A sound bath is a room of mats, blankets and instruments — gongs, crystal or Tibetan bowls, sometimes chimes — played around and over you while you lie still. There is no water involved at any point, which nobody says and everybody quietly wonders about. You keep your clothes on, nothing is required of you, and you can leave whenever you like.
In Perth it mostly lives inside yoga studios and wellness spaces rather than in rooms of its own: an evening session after the last class, a Sunday morning, a full-moon or end-of-month event. Some pair the sound with yin yoga, yoga nidra or a breathwork session in the same sitting. Because so much of it runs as one-off events rather than a weekly timetable, the what's-on pages are often the better place to look than a studio's regular schedule.
Bring a blanket and an eye pillow if you run cold or like the dark, arrive ten minutes early because the door tends to close when the instruments start, and expect somewhere between forty-five and seventy-five minutes on the floor. Mats are usually supplied.

About the Reel
The Reel, from Australia’s South West, introduces the floating sauna at Pemberton Pool: two wood-fired sauna rooms on the water with big windows onto the karri forest, and the ritual its caption describes — warm up, step outside into the pool, and repeat.

It captures the setting and the whole hot–cold ritual — including the dive that deserves a word of caution.

Your first visit
What to expect at your first sound healing session
You lie on the floor under a blanket while someone plays bowls, gongs and chimes around the room. There is nothing to do.
- Session length 60–90 min
- Group size 8–40
- Experience needed None
- What it costs See published prices
From arrival to heading home
-
Before your visit
- Ten minutes early to settle. Once a sound bath starts, people are lying down in the dark and a late entry is disruptive.
- Warm, loose clothes. You will be lying still for an hour and it gets cold.
-
During the session
- Set yourself up on a mat with a blanket. Lying on your back is usual, but on your side or in a chair is fine.
- A short introduction, then the lights go down.
- The facilitator moves around the room playing instruments. Some sounds are loud and close, some are barely there.
- People fall asleep. Snoring happens in every session and nobody minds.
- A slow return — a few minutes of quiet before the lights come up.
A little preparation
-
What to bring A blanket and a pillow if you like your own; most places have both, plus mats.
This describes what these sessions are generally like, not any one venue on this page. Facilities and policies vary, so check anything that matters to you with the venue before you book.

Sources & how we calculated these figures
- Checked 7 October 2026, from prices published by 15 Perth sound healing venues on their own websites and booking pages, or the booking pages they link to.
- Only dedicated sound sessions: yoga classes that include sound, and ticket totals that include a booking fee, are left out.
- Typical is the middle of the published group prices.
- Where a venue doesn't say something (hours, showers, privacy), it is counted as not stated -- never as no.
- Prices and inclusions change. Check the venue's own site before you book.
- Each figure says how many venues it comes from; different facts can rest on different numbers of venues. Venue names link to their Oria Haven listings, which link to the venue’s own site.

Oria Haven lists 16 practices across 16 suburbs in the Perth metro. Every entry is checked by hand before it goes live, and the list is updated as practices open, move or close.
What does it cost to book sound healing in Perth?
Of the 5 practices here that publish a starting price, sessions begin from $29, with a typical starting price around $40. Prices come from the practices themselves and change without notice — confirm before you book.
Can I book sound healing online in Perth?
Yes — 1 of the 16 practices listed offer online or hybrid sessions. Filter by format above to see only those.
How does Oria Haven choose which practices to list?
We build the directory ourselves rather than taking paid submissions, so a practice appears because it exists and serves Perth — not because it paid. Practices can claim their listing for nothing and keep it accurate, photos included. Paid plans add booking links, offers and visitor stats. We never take a cut of bookings, and enquiries go straight to the practice.
