A head spa in Landsdale with three rituals, from $130 for 45 minutes to $230 for 90, each beginning with an HD scalp analysis and ending with half an hour to dry off; the middle option, at $180, adds a facial. Treatments use a massaging spa bed and a scalp steamer. It is not suitable during pregnancy or with hair extensions or braids, and a professional blow-dry costs extra.
A Korean-inspired head spa inside the Shape of You studio on Angove Street, North Perth, by appointment only. The Scalp & Head Spa Experience runs ninety minutes for $230: a scalp analysis with before-and-after photos, steam and exfoliation, a water-halo rinse, double shampoo, a mask, and hand and face massage. The Ultimate version runs two hours for $290. Hair is dried off rather than styled.
A dedicated head spa on Charles Street, South Perth, where appointments start with a microscope look at the scalp and finish with a blow-dry. The two-hour Signature Head Spa is $299, with steam, a head bath and neck and shoulder massage; the Yume rituals use heated, fully reclining Japanese spa beds and run to $485. A 50% deposit is taken within 48 hours of booking, and appointments usually fill three to four weeks ahead.
A skin clinic on Newcastle Street, Northbridge, with a head and scalp spa menu. The 90-minute Signature Head Spa is $200 and finishes with a complimentary blow-dry and straightening; a camera scalp analysis, water-ring therapy and neck, shoulder and chest massage are part of it. There is a separate scalp treatment for people having chemotherapy or living with alopecia, and a kids' scalp spa. One person is treated at a time.
At Golden Hour, I believe the mother deserves to be cared for just as intentionally as the baby. As a Perth birth doula, I offer gentle, nurturing and non-judgemental support through pregnancy, birth and the early postpartum days, caring for families across Perth's southern suburbs. As a photographer, I capture the people, connection and little moments that make this season yours. Whether I'm beside you through birth or behind the camera, my hope is that you feel comfortable, cared for and completely yourself. Because while your baby matters deeply, so do you.
Nollamara Tennis Club runs social pickleball three times a week on its outdoor courts. Visitors pay a $10 fee, paddles are supplied, and newcomers get a short introduction before playing with rotating partners.
The City of Rockingham runs pay-on-arrival pickleball sessions on the indoor courts at Baldivis Indoor Sports Complex. There are two kinds: pickleball games on Wednesday mornings and Sunday evenings, and cheaper casual sessions on Tuesday and Friday mornings.
A community pottery studio in Mount Hawthorn with intro workshops, four- and seven-week wheel and hand-building courses, and open studio access.
A free social running group run by The Running Centre, meeting twice a week in central Perth for 6-10km runs split into smaller pace groups.

What is listed in Perth
Perth spreads out. Three hundred and seventy-seven practices sit across a hundred and twenty-two suburbs, and the distribution is lopsided in a way that matters the moment you start deciding where to go: the CBD holds fifty-five of them, Fremantle twenty-one, Subiaco twelve, and everywhere from Joondalup to Mandurah shares what is left over.
Perth Central on its own carries more listings than the northern suburbs, the western suburbs and the hills put together. That shape has a practical consequence for anyone choosing. If you work in the city you can walk to a good deal of this. If you don't, the drive decides things before the practice does, and a forty-minute each way is the difference between a habit and a one-off. That is why suburb sits ahead of style in the filters, and why the map is the first thing on the page rather than an afterthought at the bottom of it.
Sixty-three of the three hundred and seventy-seven publish a starting price. That isn't many. The median among those is seventy dollars and the range runs from eight to well past a thousand, which tells you how much ground the word "session" is covering here. A drop-in community class and a full day at a destination spa both sit inside that number, and they are not the same purchase. Where a practice hasn't published one, the field is empty rather than filled with a guess.
Sixty-five offer something online or hybrid. That is worth knowing when the drive is the problem rather than the price.
Seven listings have been claimed by the people who run them. The rest we wrote from public information, and every one of those says so on its own page. Some of them will be out of date, because opening hours change faster than we can check them, and we would rather tell you that than let the page look more official than it is.

Common questions
How many wellness practices are listed in Perth?
Oria Haven lists 445 practices in the Perth metro across 30 categories, from meditation and yoga to remedial massage, breathwork, sound and float, allied health and outdoor wellness. Every one is checked by hand before it goes up, and the number keeps moving as we work through the city.
Which parts of Perth does Oria Haven cover?
The whole metropolitan area, grouped into 8 regions: Fremantle & South, Northern Suburbs, Perth Central, Perth Hills, Rockingham & Peel, South East, Swan Valley & East and Western Suburbs. Each has its own page, and so does every suburb we list a practice in.
Is it free for a practice to be listed?
Yes. Listing costs nothing and claiming a listing costs nothing — an owner can take over their profile and keep it accurate for free: services, opening hours, prices, amenities, parking, contact details and up to four photos. Paid plans add a booking link, more photos, offers, a timetable and visitor stats, and no plan changes where a practice appears or how it is described.
How are listings verified?
Most were built from what a practice already publishes about itself, then checked by hand. A listing stays marked Unclaimed until somebody from the business confirms it is theirs. We correct anything that is wrong whether or not a listing has been claimed, and we take listings down on request.
Do you charge a booking fee?
No. Enquiries go straight to the practice and they reply to you directly. Ordinary directory enquiries and direct links to practices remain commission-free, and we never charge you for an introduction. Some separately labelled retreat recommendations use affiliate links, which may earn Oria Haven a commission from the booking provider.
