A small studio within the Sanctuary Wellness Collective on Wood Street, Fremantle, founded by Amy and run as a collective of women practitioners. The published programme includes a fortnightly Monday meditation and sound bath from 6.30pm to 7.30pm, a weekly Thursday evening stretch class, and monthly sound bath and yoga events. Practitioners also offer one-on-one sessions in reiki, breathwork, yoga therapy, kinesiology and remedial massage, by appointment.
A massage clinic on Rafferty Road in Mandurah, part of the 4 Life Physiotherapy group. Its therapists are registered with AAMT and offer remedial, sports, Swedish, deep tissue, pregnancy, seniors and trigger point massage, plus reflexology, in 30, 60 or 90-minute appointments. Published prices run from $60 for 30 minutes and $99 for an hour to $155 for a 90-minute hot stone massage. Late weekday and Saturday appointments are offered, with HICAPS health fund claiming.
A classical Pilates studio and equipped Pilates gym on Anstruther Road in Mandurah, founded by Sharon Michau (formerly trading as My Pilates Gym). Group classes include 45-minute reformer, jumpboard reformer, matwork and Fit Barre sessions, plus 60-minute anti-gravity classes and DanceFit. Casual classes are $35 for matwork and Fit Barre and $45 for reformer and anti-gravity, with private hour-long sessions from $95. Classes are booked through the studio timetable or app.
A Thai massage shop on Kent Street in Rockingham offering traditional Thai, remedial, deep tissue, sports Thai, relaxation, aromatherapy, pregnancy and hot stone massage, along with foot reflexology and facials. It opens seven days: 8am to 8pm Monday and Thursday to Sunday, and 10am to 7pm on Tuesday and Wednesday. An early-bird deal takes $10 off one-hour or longer massages booked between 8am and 2pm. Health fund rebates apply to remedial massage via HICAPS.
The Rockingham studio of the STRONG Pilates group, in a purpose-built space on Robinson Road with 18 custom reformer beds, Rowformers and Bikeformers. Its 45-minute classes combine reformer Pilates with strength and cardio work, with a different class each day. New clients can start with a 10-day unlimited introductory pass for $59. The studio has change rooms, showers, a mobility area and off-street parking.
A yoga and Pilates studio on Scarborough Beach Road, upstairs from Jetts Gym with entry from the car park. It runs more than 60 classes a week across yoga, mat and reformer Pilates, breathwork, meditation and sound bath sessions, plus family-friendly yoga classes. A casual yoga class is $29 and a casual reformer class is $37, with class packs, weekly memberships and intro passes also available. Bookings are made through Mindbody.
A reformer Pilates studio in the Horizon Building on Brighton Road, a short walk from Scarborough Beach, run since 2010 by accredited exercise physiologist and Pilates instructor Teresa Holmes. Group reformer classes on Allegro 2 reformers are capped at 12 people, alongside private and semi-private sessions, clinical Pilates, exercise physiology and physiotherapy. A casual class is $39 and a one-to-one session $95. Open Monday to Friday from 6am, with shorter weekend morning hours.
A family-owned reformer Pilates studio on Delage Street in Joondalup, with more than 20 years in the Pilates industry and over 60 in-studio classes a week. Alongside group reformer classes it offers private Pilates, pregnancy Pilates, a Pilates programme for people over 50, stretch therapy and remedial massage. A single group reformer session is $39, a 10-pack $330, and a drop-in private session $110.
A massage clinic on Grand Boulevard in Joondalup, opened in 2015 by owner and remedial massage therapist Puan Yangbun and now run with a team of four therapists. Treatments include remedial, sports, deep tissue, relaxation, pregnancy and Thai yoga massage, plus reflexology, lymphatic drainage, cupping and dry needling. Open seven days, Monday to Saturday until 7:30pm and Sunday 8am to 6pm.
AirSpace is an aerial bodyweight studio on Newcastle Street in Leederville, just off Loftus Street, and the home of AirYoga, its original aerial hammock class. The group timetable also covers gymnastic rings strength, handstands, flexibility training and a patterns and groundwork class. A single drop-in class is $39, with class packs and memberships available. Personal training and on-site physiotherapy are offered, and students need to be 15 or over.

Is it free for a practice to be listed?
Yes. Listing costs nothing and claiming a listing costs nothing — an owner can take over their profile and keep it accurate for free: services, opening hours, prices, amenities, parking, contact details and up to four photos. Paid plans add a booking link, more photos, offers, a timetable and visitor stats, and no plan changes where a practice appears or how it is described.
How are listings verified?
Most were built from what a practice already publishes about itself, then checked by hand. A listing stays marked Unclaimed until somebody from the business confirms it is theirs. We correct anything that is wrong whether or not a listing has been claimed, and we take listings down on request.
Do you charge a booking fee?
No. Enquiries go straight to the practice and they reply to you directly. Ordinary directory enquiries and direct links to practices remain commission-free, and we never charge you for an introduction. Some separately labelled retreat recommendations use affiliate links, which may earn Oria Haven a commission from the booking provider.
